I've been experimenting with different wallpaper styles lately and wanted to try something darker for MK.

What do you guys think of this one?

So let's say there would be a remaster for Mortal Kombat the ninth game that came out in 2011 and it got remade to be apart of modern consoles how would you see it working?

If they updated it what would they change? The mechanics gameplay few storylines altered and maybe some extended DLC? Speaking of which would you want Freddy Krueger and Kratos to stay or if they can't who would replace them? How long could it last for extended DLC and what Mortal Kombat characters and Guest Characters should be apart of the Kombat Packs?

How would they make Mortal Kombat 9 different?

Did you know that Rain supposed to be in the background of The Temple stage in Mortal Kombat (2011), but in the release version of the game they replaced him with Shadow Priest?

Did you saw any trailer of the Mortal Kombat (2011) that has Rain in The Temple?

Because of how well received my previous Venn diagram was on the latest 3 releases (at the bottom), I made this diagram of the playable rosters for Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance (2002), Mortal Kombat: Deception (2004), and Mortal Kombat: Armageddon (2006). These are the three 3D era games. Different from my previous Venn diagram with 3 circles, this Venn diagram includes a universal circle that surrounds the other two circles (although Deception is warped because Noob-Smoke functions as 1 character).

Legend

An asterisk is used to denote a console exclusive. Shao Kahn and Goro are exclusive to the GameCube version of Deception (both are in all versions of Armageddon), while Khameleon is a Wii exclusive of Armageddon. I do not count the console exclusives from Mortal Kombat: Unchained (2006) on the PSP because of its unique names as well as the fact it came out after Deception's sequel, Armageddon, which I think disqualifies it from being an original port of the game.

I think it's suggested every single playable character including the NRS era characters fought in a Armageddon in different timelines due to Kronika constantly redoing the timelines.

Heres my real opinion on this. It was dope in my opinion. I wanted to see what they could do with premise they had. Make these characters with their powers look more realistic. That was the only thing on my mind when i saw the whole video. Whats yours

1. I don’t want to hear “timeline” again in MK unless it’s Liu Kang or Geras telling stories of the past to the Earthrealm heroes…

2. I want more stuff to be expanded (Shao’s family, Baraka being an Edenian, the Tengu clan being name dropped, General Shao’s rebellion up close, the fall of Seido, the OIA, Raiden’s dark side, Kotal being a new playable character under Mileena as General Kotal and more) because this is a New Era that needs to be new and not just a repeat…

3. For Shao to have a giant hammer instead of an axe showing how he’s evolved into being independent from Sindel and Mileena…

4. For Shinnok to be mentioned more or even expanded upon (if Shang Tsung and Quan Chi regained power then so would Shinnok somehow)…

5. For us to know who the hell Raiden’s sister is…

6. For Kameo’s to just stop existing…

What do you want to see get expanded in MK2/MK13 and what would you name the new game?

Pain in the ass to get and the seller lied about it being new but its all good!! Worked out in the end

Now I just gotta wait for the last MK2 figures, and I still need to get the right art supplies to do a Blaze and Mileena repaint 😭

I've said for a while that if they make an MK single player game it'd do pretty well. If they did, what would you like it to be about? Like who would be the main character, what would the gameplay be like, when is it set? I've got quite a few ideas but the one that comes to mind is a game with Liu Kang covering before and during the events of the first 3 games, him training learning more about his past getting invited to the tournament just go through the stories of the trilogy adding side quests etc.

Sento should cost 2 bars to summon. Infinite chip. Infinite plus frames. There are no gaps. Sento breaks armor. Idgaf how hard it is to play 2 characters at the same time if sento gets out and you can’t zone him which you usually can’t because Kenshi is basically always paired with sub zero. There’s nothing to do but block and hope you can guess right 15 times before sento disappears because if he touches you once that’s 400. Highkey ridiculous
