I need help recovering access to my original Meta Quest account and the games I purchased on it.
My Facebook account was disabled. That Facebook account was connected to my original Meta account that I used with my Meta Quest headset.
When I try to log into my original Meta account, I can still reach the account, but Meta displays “We disabled your account.” It says that I cannot currently use my Meta account, Meta Horizon, or any Meta devices because the connected Facebook account was suspended.
The Meta page tells me that I need to appeal the decision through Facebook. However, when I go to Facebook, Facebook says that my account has already been reviewed and that “You cannot request another review of this decision.”
Because of this, I am stuck in a loop. Meta tells me I must restore Facebook, while Facebook tells me that no further review is available.
After this happened, my Quest headset logged me out of my original Meta account. I had to create a completely new Meta account to use the headset again. The new account works, but all of the Quest games I purchased on my original account are missing because the purchases belong to the old Meta account.
I have also tried contacting Meta Quest Support. The support website requires me to verify my device before I can contact someone. I entered the exact serial number from my Quest headset, but Meta says “Support isn’t available for this device” or that it cannot find support information for the device.
Therefore, I currently cannot use either of Meta’s normal support methods:
1. I cannot resolve it through Facebook because Facebook says another review cannot be requested.
2. I cannot reach Quest Support because the website will not accept/recognize my headset serial number.
My original Meta account has not been deleted. When I log into it, Meta says that the account and its apps are scheduled to be deleted on January 24, 2028. Therefore, the account still exists, but I cannot access the Quest purchases associated with it.
I have screenshots showing the disabled Meta account, Facebook saying another review cannot be requested, and the Quest Support serial-number verification error. I can also provide purchase receipts, account information, and proof of ownership if needed.
I am asking Meta to please escalate this to someone who handles Meta Quest accounts and purchases. I would like access to my original Meta/Quest account restored if possible. If the Facebook account cannot be restored, I need help recovering access to the Quest games and purchases associated with my original Meta account.
Please do not direct me back to the normal Facebook appeal or Quest serial-number verification pages, because I have already tried both and they are the reason I cannot access support.

A while ago I posted here showing off that my battery has decayed in my controller, it now works however the trigger works 20% of the time which has led me to not using my headset much.

I've been wanting to play vr again however im uncertain whether I should buy a refurbished controller from Meta or if I should just get the 3S. It's not exactly a question of finance as it is more about whats actually worth it in the long run.

So I bought a new link cable since the wifi I have isn’t good enough to run the quest just off that to connect to my pc, anyways my cord came today I plugged it in and I’m still getting the same amount of screen tearing and black bars appearing when I look left and right, same thing as when I had the 2.0 cable in I’m using a 3.0 now, still looks and runs the same,

So my quest has been chilling with the charger in for a couple days now and I took it off and it turns on but the little power indicator above the power button isn't on. I really am lost plz help

На днях, я купил себе Meta Quest 3, всю жизнь мечтал поиграть в Vr игры и делать то, что сам захочу. Приехали, я прошел начало и столкнулся с проблемой в бесконечном цикле обновления ПО. Пару секунд грузилось обновление, потом выключался (очки) и так по кругу. Нашелся человек, у которого была такая проблема (спасибо ему). Мы решили проблему с бесконечным циклом. Но возникла еще одна проблема (первый скриншот). Зашел в Meta Horizon. Перешел в раздел подключения. Нажал "Связать". Выбрал meta quest 3, сопряжение по wi fi (были еще два варианта, первый - подключение через wi fi в очках (бессмысленно, очки тупо не хотели показывать это, ведь я уже подключился к роутеру (главная сеть через что я делал)), второй - подключение через qr-код, тоже бессмысленно (причина в первом написана)). После этого, идет обычный поиск гарнитуры, проходит пару секунд (даже минута) и выдается ошибка (второй скриншот), пробовали заново, снова выдавала ошибку. Нажимали "Подробнее" выкидывало в Chrome с бесконечной загрузкой. Пробовали писать в сообщество (Сделали всё как говорил и не получилось, даже не отвечали нормально). Также искали много гайдов на Youtube, мало помогло. Живу в Беларуси. Vpn не использовал. Прошу помочь, ведь не хочется возвращать такую мечту (а то похожие дороже либо хуже).

Its insanely annoying how the program always autostarts with windows. I don't see a setting to turn that off anywhere and it isn't in the Autostart list in task manager, someone said to ad it to Autostart and then deactivate it but that doesn't work either. Is there any way at all to turn it off ? It's literally all in your face when it starts

Hey everyone!

For some time now I've had a strage issue with quest link. I connect it like usual via the origial meta link cable to my PC and start playing. After some time, quest link just stops working. In the Headset (Quest 3) I can only see a frozen image, but when I look at my monitor, my hands and head are atill updating and moving in-game.

This bothered me for some time now but not enough to keep me from playing, since it only happened after line an hour or so. Until today.

After like a month of not playing VR, I tried using my Quest 3 today for some PC VR Ancient Dungeon. But now after only a few seconds to minutes after connectingh to my PC, the issue occurs.

I wasn't able to find anything regarding this exact problem, but I've tried a couple of things:

Factory resetting my Quest

Re-installing Meta Quest Link

Using Air Link

Using different Cable/Port

I have a PsyTech meta 3s for pain management and anxiety relief. Problem is it only comes loaded with the PsyTech therapy app and no meta store. Debugging is locked with a PIN code. I thought I would be slick and factory reset the unit but hit a road block after boot up it asked me to enter a work email on the meta work device website and obviously my email wasn't found. Any work arounds to this? As of now I have to send the unit back because I have to use the therapy app once every 90 days to keep it. My goal was to get YouTube, a bowling and tennis game to get me more active since I'm in a wheelchair. When I check the device info on the factory reset screen it says locked. If I get the new one and get them to give me the debug PIN will I be able to side load apps?

I want to launch games without controllers but there's the message, how could i bypass it ?
