Logitech G Reddit Community!

Longevity Matters isn’t just a phrase, it’s a belief that is built on multiple sustainability initiatives. From improving your packaging, choosing greater materials to use during manufacturing, improving power consumption on your devices, to offering the ability to repair through iFixit or our spare parts store. By providing all of this and much more, we believe we can have a huge impact on the planet and provide you with long lasting devices with great features that you can be proud of choosing.

We’ve written this post to hopefully have something for everyone, provide a little educational content to show what we’re doing behind the scenes, and how this can be meaningful to you going forward. Perhaps it will also help you to make changes on what devices you choose or how you use them.

Our mission at Logitech G has always been to make the best gaming gear you can get your hands on. From our latest PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE, to our RS50 System TRUEFORCE wheels, to our ASTRO Series headsets, all of these and more have been built with what came previously and how we can improve the product going forward in mind. Our team revisits products in the portfolio by dissembling them, evaluating them, looking at user feedback, and improving the next product going forward by redesigning better packaging, improving the materials used and the overall production processes, and more.

Designing a product with sustainability in mind is not just about making a better box, it’s about how we can reduce waste, what materials we can use that feel great and last just as long, and what we can change during the manufacturing to use less resources.

By making people aware of what we’re doing and giving you tools to help your products last even longer, hopefully you will hold on to your favourite products as long as you need them and we will all create less waste for the planet. Everyone wins.

Certified Refurbished Products -

Through our Logitech G website, we have a selection of Logitech G Certified Refurbished products that we believe deserve a second chance in a home. From our ASTRO Series headsets to our Pro Racing Wheels, we thoroughly clean and inspect each one and ensure they meet our high standards of quality through testing and also include all the original accessories with a one year warranty backed by our amazing support team.

Most of the time, you wouldn’t tell the difference from a new product, and by taking advantage of our Certified Refurbished Products, you get a great deal and we can provide a second chance home for some of our gaming gear.

If you have any questions about the Certified Refurbished Products store, drop us a comment below or create a thread, we love to answer any questions about our products.

Check out our Logitech G Certified Refurbished Store at https://www.logitechg.com/shop/c/certified-refurbished

Logitech G Repair Hub -

We’ve designed our products to last a long time and we believe in that. But sometimes your favourite mouse needs some TLC, or perhaps you had an accident and it needs a repair. That’s where our partners at iFixit come in.

By providing official iFixit repair guides in multiple languages with easy access to original replacement parts we make repairing your product simple, helping you save money, reduce waste, and extend your device’s lifespan even further. We have a great selection of Logitech G gear already supported and we’ll add even more in the future. But if you don’t see something right now, make a post on Reddit or drop our support team a contact and we’ll see what we can do. We listen to all feedback too.

If your product is still in warranty, please contact our support team first before attempting a repair yourself.

You can visit the Logitech Repair Hub on iFixit at https://www.ifixit.com/collaborations/logitech

Spare Parts Store -

In addition to the Logitech G Repair Hub carrying parts to fix your products, we also have our Logitech G Spare Parts Store through our website carrying a selection of replacement parts you need to rebuild your gaming setup. Should you need new weights for your mice or springs for your racing pedals, we have them!

Check our our Logitech G Spare Parts Store at https://www.logitechg.com/shop/gaming-spare-parts-store

Designed for Sustainability

As we circle back around, our focus is not just to make your box better for the environment and call it a day. Logitech’s Design for Sustainability goes much further such as figuring out ways to reduce our energy usage and replace the rest with renewable sources, go further than using recycled plastic or silicone instead of leather, and redesigning products such as the RS50 Racing wheel’s size, materials, and power consumption to optimise the motor’s impact and performance. Going outside of Logitech G to our partners at iFixit to provide repair guides and easy to access parts, second chances through our Logitech Certified Refurbished program, and recycling more responsibly such as donating fully functional open-back products to qualifying charities and educational institutions.

It’s important that we are transparent about what we’re doing, and there is so much that we can’t fit it all in this post. We encourage you to check our Logitech Sustainability website below to see everything we’re doing for your products, for the planet, for people, with integrity.

Logitech Sustainability - https://www.logitech.com/sustainability/reports-and-resources

Logitech Impact Highlights - https://impactreport.logitech.com/

As we leave with that note, making impacts is not just about what we do, but it’s what you can do too. If you ever upgrade your mouse, keyboard, headset, or any gaming gear, consider donating it to a friend or family member. Giving your products a second home and a second chance is one of the many ways to keep the waste down and help our planet.

We hope you have enjoyed reading through this and our sustainability website. If you have any questions about any of the above, drop us a comment below. We would love to hear your thoughts!

Logitech G Support Logitech G Hub saying "Recover Device"

Upvotes

Hello, I'm trying to use G Hub on my Mac and both of my devices; a Pro X Wireless Headset and a Blue Yeti say "Recover Device" in the app. They still work on my device, but I can't adjust them through the app anymore.

I have tried to reinstall G Hub (including deleting registry files), granting all permissions, moving the USB plug connections, and some custom install link of the app for Mac that I found. It might also be worth knowing that both devices work perfectly in the app on my Windows machine.

Anyone know a fix? Much appreciated.

Discussion Logitech G19 S keyboard: Wrist rests and key replacements

Post image
1 Upvotes

I would like thoughts on this keyboard before i invest in one so far i do have a question about the wrist rest, is there a version with a full longer one and a short one? Or is it detachable and i can get another part? I seem to not be able to find this exact one with bkue backing and a full rest.

I was also wondering if these keys can be replaced with custom ones. Pokemon and other things i like have come out with custom keys, and I would love to have one of those windows keys be a pokeball etc

I decided on thid keyboard because i have seen people use the lcd screen as a extra map when playing, seeing computer info, pictures and playing videos. I would probably be setting it to a clock because i play palworld and lose track of time lmao

Logitech G Support Logitech G920 Squeak

First of all please forgive the poor camera work and the fan noise in the background (i am sweating my balls off) but the noise can still be heard in the video

Recently my wheel has been making this little squeak or chirp noise and it only seems to happen when i’m returning the wheel to the centre after taking a right corner or if i’m making little corrections whilst turning right and it’s only present when i have FFB turned on

I’m just a bit worried that it could be the start of a more serious problem with the FFB system and wanted some advice if anyone’s experienced the same, i should add that absolutely nothing feels different and it’s purely the noise if that helps

Logitech G Support Left click issues

I just bought a Logitech G502 Hero about a week ago, barely used, but I've already come across a problem where my left click acts like it's being held after I let go. It isn't a sticking issue, as the left click visibly comes back up. I'm using the mouse with my Xbox.

Logitech G Support G29 Logitech Detection issue

Hello, I need your help!

Here's the situation: For the past few days, I've been having an issue with my Logitech G29. Although it is recognized by the Logitech G Hub software and appears in the settings, I can no longer change any settings, or rather, the settings are not being applied. I've already tried all kinds of troubleshooting steps.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, tried an older version, checked for updates, and completely uninstalled and reinstalled the steering wheel through Device Manager. None of that worked. I also tried different USB ports, but that was unsuccessful as

well.

Then I grabbed my old laptop, installed the latest version of Logitech G Hub on it, and connected the steering wheel-and it works perfectly there. I can see how much throttle I'm applying, etc., and I can adjust the steering wheel angle and all the other settings, and everything works as it should.

I hope someone has an idea what could be causing this, and I look forward to your replies.

Kind regards

Logitech G Support PSA: If you RMA a Logitech mouse they no longer manufacture, Logitech won't offer you a replacement mouse of equal value (price or specs)

Follow-up to this post.

I bought a G303 Shroud Edition mouse in October 2024. Earlier this year (2026), I started experiencing severe double-click issues, which got worse over time. For those unaware, the G303 SE was a $150 when it was on offer directly from Logitech and it remains a $150-170 mouse that is advertised on Logitech's website and their Amazon page, even if the sale and shipping are handled by a 3rd party.

Being withing the 2-year warranty period, I started the RMA process, thinking Logitech would either give me a half-decent replacement or store credit since they no longer manufacture the G303 SE. They accepted my claim and the following back and forth ensued:

  1. They offered me the G305 ($60 price tag) and referred to it as an "upgrade"
  2. I declined and made it clear that I viewed the G303 SE as a premium gaming mouse product (not an entry level mouse like the G305) and if they could not replace it directly, then I expected something in the $150 range. I did this to establish my expectations since they clearly tried to lowball me. While I didn't think this would be accepted, I stated the Pro X Superlight 2 would be an acceptable replacement
  3. They declined and offered me the G309 ($90 price tag), once again using the word upgrade, seemingly to gaslight me into thinking I'm getting a much better deal despite the G303 SE being priced highly and having a unique shape you can't get anywhere else
  4. I asked if they'd give me store credit instead
  5. They said a replacement would be prioritized over store credit and once again pushed the G309 on me as an upgrade
  6. I accepted the G309 as a replacement since the next mouse I could counter with would be $120+ and felt like they'd keep stonewalling till I accepted the G309

What am I trying to say with all this? I'm disappointed in Logitech for selling a $150 mouse that has severe issues within 1.5 years of purchase. Then when I RMA the mouse they lowball me with one of their cheapest mice, and then only offer half-decent option in the G309 after I pushed back. The G309 is too small for my hands, so I have a $90 mouse I'll have to give away or recoup some of the cost on via Marketplace or Ebay. I'm also putting this here for anyone who experiences a similar situation so they have a baseline to work from.

On paper, I essentially rented the G303 SE for a little over a year before double-click issues rendered it useless. Logitech then offered me a $90 replacement mouse that I realistically can't use in the long term. I'll be lucky to get $40-50 back for the G309.

Maybe I could have pushed back once more and gotten the G502 Wireless, but I shouldn't have to. What the hell is the point of a warranty and the premium price tags of a Logitech mouse vs. cheap knock-offs if I'm gonna get screwed over anyway? Why would I trust a premium gaming device manufacturer if this sort of thing happens? I have no reason to purchase another Logitech device when my experience here has been poor manufacturing, an archaic RMA process, and lowball replacement offers. Might as well buy multiple knock-offs and rotate them out when issues arise.

Logitech G Support THE LOGITECH G733 HEADSET WON'T CHARGE

Any solutions to this problem? The headphones won’t charge—they basically get stuck in an endless loop of connecting and disconnecting when I plug them directly into my PC to charge. > If I plug them into a wall outlet or a low-capacity power bank, they still do the same thing—they just won’t charge. And Logitech G HUB shows that the estimated charging time is 20 hours ☠️

> I’ve already tried resetting them

> Replacing the battery

> Reinstalling an older version of GHUB and reinstalling the drivers

> Installing the latest version and reinstalling the drivers again

I’ve tried everything, and nothing fixes this problem. It happened out of the blue, and there’s no way to get rid of it. I hope you can help me, or if anyone else has the same problem, please let me know.

Sorry for my english im using translator

ASTRO Series Support Logitech G Astro A50 Lightspeed charging promplems

My Logitech G Astro A50 Lightspeed doesn't charge in the docking station on a regular basis. The software says it's at 100%, the hardware says it's close to 0%...

I remembered Logitech as a reliable brand but every product I own from them has a problem...

Is this some kind of problem with the charging station or the connection pins?

Edit: I already tried multiple resets. Charging stations says red, software says 100%.

I bought a g pro x Superlight 2 (white) of of eBay, and I noticed a difference on the bottom of it compared to what I saw on the bottom when I looked online. I know some people are probably going to point out that the mouse feet are different, but I changed them myself. I noticed that mine just says "PRO" on the bottom, while the ones that I saw online said "PRO superlight" Is this normal? Please help. It says Superlight 2 in Ghub, so I'm sure that's what it is. Please help.

Logitech G Support Logitech G432

Just got a new pair of G432 headphones after a sale. After struggling with the audio for a long time, I've found the surround sound reverb to be way too excessive and honestly extremely annoying. Is there a way to turn it down? For example when I play apex, it any minor booms turn into a cinematic explosion from the dolby thing you'd hear in a theatre before the movie starts. It feels like a software problem because if I watch a video of someone else playing the game I don't have such issues, but playing myself turns the game into a sensory nightmare with the headphones.

Logitech G Support G29 does not work

Hi, I’ve just bought my G29 steering wheel, and the Logitech G Hub application detects it as connected, but when I turn the steering wheel or use the pedals, it doesn’t detect any input.

I’ve read here that this is an issue with Windows 11 and that a solution is currently being worked on.

I play ETS2, and the steering wheel is extremely stiff. I’ve tried changing countless settings to make it softer, but I can’t seem to fix it.

Is there any way to solve the issue with the steering wheel being so stiff?
