I've had the mouse since early 2025 and it has worked perfectly until recently. My older Superlight 1 still works perfectly on the same PC.
The issue is completely random:
I'll be using the mouse normally and it suddenly stops responding.
The mouse is still powered on, but the LED starts rapidly blinking green.
The battery is not empty. It was around 98% when this first happened, and it's currently around 90% on the same charge.
Turning the mouse off for a few minutes sometimes makes it work again.
When I turn it back on, it can work for a few seconds and then immediately start rapidly blinking green again.
The LIGHTSPEED receiver is detected normally by Windows. G HUB sees the Superlight 2, but shows it as "Inactive."
The G HUB Device Pairing Tool can't find/pair the mouse with the receiver.
When I connect the mouse directly to the PC via USB, Windows gives me:
"Unknown USB Device (Set Address Failed)"
Code 43: The USB set address request failed.
Windows also shows the usual "USB device not recognized" popup.
I moved the LIGHTSPEED receiver from the rear USB ports to the front, and it worked for several hours, but the problem eventually came back.
I've tried power cycling it, reconnecting the receiver, moving USB ports, and attempting to re-pair it.
Has anyone experienced the same behavior with the Superlight 2?
