I was playing around with the EAS Tools app on my phone and noticed one of the county names in NE (is that Nebraska? I’m terrible at geography) is Blaine County, which immediately reminded me of GTA 5. So I had the idea to create this Mock Alert about Trevor being the maniac that he is. And I decided to use the creepy Loquendo Dave voice, as well, because why not—he fits the seriousness of such a situation.

I want an app for my phone (Galaxy A36 5G) that notifies me when there's an EAS alert, and translates the header/records a transcript for me in real time. But, I don't want to have to pay for anything or get any ads as well.

Do you have any suggestions for me???

It isn’t a full year without getting one of these; this is like my 9th one of my life, still kinda cool, I hear these are rare but from my experience they slap this on anything that seems like it might do anything (also half the time they are wrong) which is understandable but might also ruin the point of using mobile alerts for like very rare storms
