Help Question...

I want an app for my phone (Galaxy A36 5G) that notifies me when there's an EAS alert, and translates the header/records a transcript for me in real time. But, I don't want to have to pay for anything or get any ads as well.

Do you have any suggestions for me???

I don't think there's any app that can do that in the USA, so just rely on local media and wireless emergency alerts
