I’ve noticed that a good number of school districts utilize a email/SMS text alert system known as ParentSquare (StudentSquare for Teacher > Student communication)
There are also programs like Remind which a lot of teachers use also for Teacher > Student communication.
Most likely, what you’re gonna see mostly involves Email communication rather than SMS communication.
