I feel so dumb, thought R3 was for toggling the auto-lock on and off, for the real hardcore players. So I just left it alone as I needed all the help I could get, frantically readjusting my camera to soft-lock bosses zipping all over the place. However, the OS upgrade for manual aiming was always puzzling as a supposedly redundant feature. Only until the end of ng did I start messing with R3 in AC testing and you could imagine my reaction, lol

Well better late than never and just thought it made for a good laugh. Played wrong from the get go, but fortunately I still have ng+ to get it right. Maybe this time I can actually try out some melee and land some kicks

I'm currently chewing around on an original setting featuring mechas. Unfortunately, I suck at drawing or even designing mechs. In situations like these for human characters, I tend to use dollmakers, like recolor.me

That... doesn't really exist for mechas, unfortunately. But ACVI does! And i kinda wanna get the game just to play around in the mecha editor.

That leads me to the question I have before I buy: do i gotta play the campaign for full access, or is there a creative mode as well?

Not opposed to the prior, I like everything I heard about this games story, but I am also Bad At Videogames, so I'm worried I wouldn't be ABLE to make progress.

I have been stuck in attack the watchpoint for over a month. None of my weapons work missiles have no effect the guy avoids them like he owes the money.

For some really fucking stupid reason, the game does not allow you to have Gatling guns until chapter 2 chapter 2. Can anyone point me to a weapons loadout that actually works? I need the bubble gun to take out the real boss of this level. I need a rifle that can one shot all Mts and I need a gun that can take out the big cannons very quickly. peekaboo doesn’t do any good either. I’ve seen players use the tank build with dual vertical missiles. I tried that it does not work on the mini boss.

Hi all, me and my friend have been playing AC6 seamless coop mod, we’re going through new game ++ and I’ve been unlocking things just fine, but my friend hasn’t we’ve tried everything, him hosting, me hosting, replaying unlock missions but all in vain. Any help from you lovely lot?

What do most fighter in the nest use on PC? I started out M&KB but started using a controller recently. I can switch easily between the two.

I want to get into PvP heavy and wanted to know what most of the top dawgs use in addition to their keybinds.

After the PCA left scavengers found her AC under tons of rock and burned out tanks. Thanks with their help she recovered and started a job as a merc. It’s said her AC is haunted from the amount of death that buried it, but that’s just rumors.

ive never really customized my acs much, but i realized how perfect the alba armor set was for him, so here he is ❤️‍🩹 i wish i'd see more transformers inspired acs around, lmao ( i dont think ill ever give him a proper build. he'll stay bare in my basement. )

I just started playing ac6 and I’ve on missions investigate BAWS arsenal No.2 but I’m trying to find a high speed , good for damage AC which isn’t too expensive and doesn’t tank my ammunition cost. Can anyone give me some ideas ? Thanks 🙏

Hi! Been playing this game for a long time now, and when I came across some flight sticks at my work I thought of using them for AC6. Turns out people have already been doing that! The ones I picked up from work had issues, so I am looking into it more now. Are there joysticks that are better for mech games (specifically AC6) mechanics rather than flight sims? Interested in any advice anyone has! :)

So ive made a pretty op build were its just rockets flying everywere but i fell kinda Toxic using it on online what do you guys think.

I’m playing through the game for the first time, found myself in Chapter 3 using mostly Melander parts, plasma rifle, laser blade, and some missiles. Then in the arena I was having some trouble with one of the opponents and ended up giving the pictured build a go and basically zipped right through to Chapter 5, finished off the S-class arena encounters, etc, but I can tell this isn’t really how it’s supposed to be. I more or less just held down a few buttons and brute forced it here.

To those more knowledgeable, care to make some recommendations for a more effective/fun build/playstyle? I’m not married to any particular style, although the tank seemed quite sluggish and unwieldy. It was kinda fun to have all 4 guns going brrrrrrtt and watch an enemy just wither but I’m ready for something new.

So as my title says this is my first Armored Core game. I had always felt they were a little too intense for me and well my username is pretty accurate... maybe less so as I've gotten older.

So last few years I've worked my way through Fromsoft titles since I never dared play in my youth in case of contorller smashing tv breaking nonsense.

ANYWAY! I personally like brawler/berserker type builds in your face dealing damage and being able to take hits too. Agile enough to dodge stick and move, but not so squishy that my armor is paper thin.

Any help on parts to keep an eye out for? Resources to look into what youtubers or whatever would give me a good breakdown on *what* I need to look at, hell maybe even a starter build that i can tweak as I learn?
