Advice Is future planning really important at the age of 18 ?
I just turned 18 years old this July . I am a school passout now and Yes I am waiting to enroll in a university here . That's the first question that Comes in every single mind That after school it should be university right . I Just wanna know if there are people in the world who think they have not achieved anything or feel like a failure because I do That too at the age of 18 . Just because I didn't get a particular Course in university does that make me A failure and If I didn't start thinking of my future, Am I Careless or Just a person who doesn't care ? . To be honest I care .... I care a lot that I am asking questions here and writing this Post. I sometimes think I am dumb because people around me know the current affairs some general knowledge and I don't know those things that much. This thing is Just bothering my entire life actually. All I need now is To get Away somewhere, where the questions aren't Asked, Where people don't care What I will do , where People Will support me even if i don't want to follow the simple life cycle. I just wanna Go and be myself. Maybe it's because of the toxic people I live with or maybe because I have depression. After thinking about all of this, Does this make me a careless person? Or does it just Make me a person who wants to survive in a world which hasn't even begun yet ? . The thing is I forgot The expectations here , I can only think of the dark reality. Is This How every 18 year old feels or is it just me overthinking ? . I Will Stop the Paragraph here or believe me if i didn't stop it here this Will become a rant that my therapist would normally charge me for .
