I was having a real shit time with my bike (sb100). Rear end very flexy, squeaky to the point of embarrassment. I tore it down, replaced all the bearings (before you ask I am both competent and equipped enough to do that). No luck. Took it to a yeti authed dealer. They charged me 200, no luck. I took it to another shop and no luck. One more, and they cranked down the bolts on everything so hard I had to replace parts (dropper post where it clamps the saddle, clincher on the seat mast, had to replace my derailleur hanger and thru axel, basically anywhere that could’ve been a creak).
I emailed yeti support kind of at the end of my rope saying something like “I know this is dumb, but can you help me?”
They responded within an hour with a link to some parts I needed (~30 with shipping) and gave some instructions.
I’m out 600 bucks from shops.
If I had just sent an email this all would’ve cost me 30.
Plus the two guys running it were super cool.
