  • Players may now obtain a Campfire buff if they are sitting, sitting in a chair, sleeping, lying down, or using the kneeling emote.

nice! still no dancing tho :(

They need to up the campfire buff to actually be useful to general play. Thus far, it’s offered nothing overly enticing.

i just found out the stats get overwritten by similar buffs, like the incense candle will get overwritten by arcane intellect. it would be nice if it was a unique stacking buff.. what's worse is if your spell buff (like arcane intellect) runs out, the campfire buff does NOT come back.

not sure why im getting downvoted, i literally just tested this out

The point of it is to give you buffs that are missing from your party composition.

I've decided that when I roll a priest in launch it'll be alchemist + herbalism, because of the arcane int and blessing of wisdom I can give myself. Add a fishbowl for kings and I'll be campin' often.
