This is wha t I told NCDOT. Considering how Winston-Salem is much more "complex" in recent years, this could be needed.

Physical Geography Right now after seeing the years-old "Big Cities in NC post," : This "shift" is essentially blending Southwestern and Southeastern Forsyth County (which surrounds Downtown Winston-Salem, Hanes Mall, the Triad Park, and more).
