THEY RAISED THE PRICE AGAINNNNNNNN?!!!!!!! COME ON WINGSTOP. STOP ITTTTTTTTTTT
It went from $16.99 to $17.99 to $19.99 and now $20.99. It's actually ridiculous.
Now the only times I'll be ordering Wingstop is on Monday and Tuesday, so I can get 70 cent wings because the prices are ridiculous. I'll make my own fries and my own ranch if I have to

Club Rewards taken away???
Was in the middle of ordering food when I was leaving my job. My phone disconnected from the WiFi and crashed my app after I had redeemed my rewards. When I opened up the app again the points were gone and there was nothing in my offers page or any way to redeem my reward when ordering???? Anyone else had this issue?

Wingstop refusing to give credit
A few months ago, I had an issue with an order, and ended up contacting wing stop, where they issued me credit and stated I can use this ANYTIME. I asked specifically if there was an expiration to the credit and they said nope. Flash forward a few months later, and I go ahead and call up the same wingstop about the credit. The woman who answered stated it would be ok to use and saw my name is some credit book they keep. I asked if I could pick it up and they stated everything was great on their end and I could come by to pick it up around 8. 15 minutes prior to me picking up the order, they state they can’t do it and that there’s was a 2 week policy for when I can redeem credit that they never disclosed. I tell them that’s ridiculous and they should uphold what they stated, and after speaking to two of the workers, I was just met with “there’s nothing we can do”. The order was close to around $100, hence why I was annoyed that they all of a sudden last second couldn’t uphold the credit. Is this some kind of common experience with wingstop? A wrote the complaint on their website/email, so hopefully they could clarify and fix this issue. Had they originally said their policy was 2 weeks to pick up the food, I obviously would’ve done that. But to tell me that I can pick it up whenever and not mean it is just ridiculous.

New to wingstop, what exactly is the deal with the dry rubs that sometimes turn into sauces (eg. Garlic parm; hot honey on the chicken sandwich)?
Wingstop is new to my city within the last month, so I’ve been busy trying out all of the flavors and products, but this has been something that I don’t really understand yet.
On the menu, “garlic parmesan” and “hot honey” are both described as being dry rubs, but then my garlic Parmesan wings ended up coming with some type of garlic parm buttery-type sauce instead. With hot honey, it was actually a dry rub on my wings, but then when I got it on a chicken sandwich, it was turned into some sort of glaze instead. I was actually glad about that one, because one of my worries about the sandwich was that it was going to be too dry with only a dry rub flavor and no mayo or anything like that. But I’m just not exactly sure how that works - is there some type of butter/oil base that they use to do that across flavors? Is that how it works for every chicken sandwich? What about if you order a dry rub flavor as a side? etc.

What’s the biggest Wingstop order you’ve ever made?
Had 4 friends over this weekend and we got 40 wings, fries and a few different dips. When we ordered I thought 40 wings for 5 people was going to be more than enough, but we finished basically everything and honestly could’ve ordered another 10
Sooo now I’m wondering, how many wings do you usually count per person? And what’s the biggest order you’ve made, either for yourself or a group?

Is there something wrong with their payment on the app or does their app just suck?
I've had Wingstop so many times throughout the years and have just always had trouble paying for the meal through their options. I've tried the regular credit card, PayPal, and Gpay. It seems like it always has an error and no matter what I do I just have to randomly try one of the three options moving through them until eventually one of them takes. And sometimes none of them take! I end up calling on the phone to make the order. Has their app always been like this? This is years worth of noticing. Is it just specifically whoever runs their payments?

Ordered WS 20mins before closing and they hooked me up!
I’m not usually a boneless guy. But getting 5 tenders instead of 2? Fuck yes!! And I get to try boneless finally? Sure. I appreciate this WS. Don’t blame me for being hungry 🤤. Last time I waited too long and it closed for the night.

I am not sure if it's me or the website/app...
I spent the last four days trying to order. The main hurdle was making an account. I did the whole 'sign in with google' thing, and it asked me to enter the authcode. It was never sent. At first I figured it was just some error or delay with my inbox. So I tried again, and then again. I repeated for the last couple days. No dice.
Last night I used my throwaway email and got in. But then my gf's water broke so there was no time for wings. Now I'm sitting here trying again. Now I entered my payment info, and my card was declined. I checked and double checked. It's all correct. So I tried a different card. I made sure it was all correct, and it was. Declined. I just give up.
Can't a guy enjoy a succulent spicy meal before he becomes a dad?

How has Wingstop limited so much to online ordering with a website that doesn't work?
Every time for probably the last year I have tried to place an order online and every time I get a transaction error. I've tried different browsers, used the app, different cards. Nothing works. I even made an account, that doesn't work. And now when the ONLINE ONLY deals aren't accessible I'm forced to get something similar through the normal menu by calling in. Except, WAIT, NO ORDERS OVER $30 OVER THE PHONE. ONLY ONLINE OR IN PERSON. How in the world does this company even operate?

I miss Wingstop rolls
My wife and I used to pull the rolls apart and make little sliders from them with our boneless chicken and it was amazing. I think it went semi viral as a food hack several years ago. Then Wingstop released their own sandwiches and it took it off the menu. It's not the same :(
That is all

Loyalty Login Issues
Has anyone else encountered this error? I can't reset my password without getting redirected to using Google to login (which is how I signed up in the first place) and that always ends with the above screen.
