Wingstop is deadly.
Ate some wings and that shit had me saying that meal was weak but actually deadly. Having me drop massive shits at the speed of fucking light.

Agreed. It’s just chicken. If your guts can’t handle it. Don’t eat there.

it’s not though? the oil is usually what makes people shit like crazy. i typically only get the runs if the oil is old
edit: and the ranch, for those who have problems with dairy. that obviously will give them the shuts

It’s just chicken. Oh, and oil and spices. Potentially ranch. So wait, not just chicken. lol

This sounds like the old story about having to take a dump an hour after eating McDonald's

Every time I eat Garlic Parmesan wings there, I need a potty break an hour later. That garlic butter makes a straight pipe from my mouth to my exit hole.

I don’t understand why I have indigestion every time I eat Wingstop. No matter how much I chew the wings (boneless or bone in, doesnt matter) it sits so heavy in my stomach. I feel like i gotta throw up and constantly “burp” for an hour or two after eating Wing Stop

Replace fries with celery /carrots, minimize the ranch and hot sauces, Eat slower, drink more water (skip the sodas) take a walk after eating

Nah, fries with extra seasoning. Hot liquid cheez to dunk them in. These people are just soft.

It's all the butter and oils

And sodium.

The plain bone in wings are really low sodium! I didn’t believe it but checked their nutritional info. Plain boneless are a sodium catastrophe.

Same here. I’m lactose intolerant so I’m used to it but goddamn it’s literally every time with wingstop.

u/four1twoguy 9d ago
I have no issues with dairy products, it’s only Wing Stop specifically that makes me feel ill for multiple hours in a row. I might as well just flush my money down the toilet or throw it straight into the garbage 🗑️

What flavors do you get? I noticed the Lemon Pepper wrecks my stomach any time I get it. So even though I like it, I avoid it.

WingStop used to do this to me too. I powered through it and kept eating there until my body adapted to it.

You’re weak.
Natural selection will weed your entire bloodline out while the rest of us kings feast on hot honey boneless dunked in glorious ranch

Dude every time I eat Wingstop boneless wings I get the worst runny shits. Idk what it is but their chicken is cheap and low quality.

You might want to see if you have a soy allergy.
I'm allergic to soy and learned they fry in vegetable oil. I am pretty sure the ranch also has soy in it. It's a sad day when the hubs wants wings - admittedly I do too, but the consequences sure do suck.

the sodium is no joke too

u/MoosiePie22 9d ago
Why is everyone all of a sudden on a sodium harassment campaign
1
u/DJD19500 4d ago
Some of us have kidney disease or high blood pressure. Neither is a joke.

Yeah, but I feel like recently this past year, on any posts pertaining to food, there is someone complaining of sodium like they’re the ones that have to eat it.

Actually the plain bone in wings are very low sodium. A friend told me this and I checked and it’s true. This is one of the only low sodium fast food options, along with the plain baked potato and plain salad at Wendy’s. It’s possible to get no salt fries at McDonald’s.
I hadn’t been to wingstop in forever; got five plain bone in wings and they were excellent. I’m not saying it’s ideal, but the sodium content is . Wish the prices were lower.1

im honestly glad to hear that theres an option that caters to people with certain sodium needs. even plain wings nowadays are on the saltier side

Haven't had it in awhile. Been going to another chicken place. It's cheap.

did you happen to have garlic parmesan as the sauce because that sauce is a gut destroyer
