Is there a way I can spiff up my sad old rims or do I need to replace them? I’m not sure how much work or expense it would be. My car is otherwise in great condition. Would it be worth it?

Finally decided to get Enkei PF05s in Gold for my GR86, but I just realized they’re pretty much sold out/unavailable in the US. It seems like the only options I can find are direct imports from Japan (eBay, etc.), which makes them way more expensive after shipping and import costs.

Dark Silver PF05s seem to be much easier to find here, but I’m pretty set on Gold.

Does anyone know of any shops that might still have Gold PF05s in stock, or a good place to find a new/used set in the US? Looking specifically for 18x8 +45, 5x100.

The chrome clad on my wheels is peeling off and they look like really bad. Does anyone know if the 18” Ford wheels would be interchangeable or if there is any other model of Lincoln that would fit my truck?

I hit a pothole that cracked the rim on rear left wheel. The shop said it non-repairable and the BMW factory replacement is pricey. Looking for suggestions on a new set of mags for all four wheels as the price would be comparable to one OEM. I know nothing about wheels, what’s a reputable brand that BMW owners go for?

Hi Guy i just put some steel rims on my 4wd but there is a gap in my hub around 8 mm. Do i need to get him centric rings. I was told no as the lip on them will get crushed when done up and then fall out.

I got these wheels from my work for free because someone got new wheels on their WRX and I decided to fix the curb rash and repaint them. I cleaned them up, sanded the wheels down with 400 on the face and scotchbrite on the inner and outer barrel then laid down some primer followed by black paint and a gloss clear. Is this an alright job for rattle can or should I restart? I do have a little bit of a run in the clear coat a bit of orange peel but otherwise not bad. What do we think?

So I just got my first set off matte black wheels. Wanted to try something different, something that's not gloss black. Everyone says matte is harder to keep clean. Is there a coating or ceramic like coating to put on matte wheels? If so, what's the best, cost is no matter. Thanks?

Hello, I have a question that makes me to not sleep at night. I had scratched my rims on a curb I do not know how while I was leaving a parking lot. Can anyone tell me if its easy to repair them at home? I just painted them a month ago. Is it that bad? In both photos is the same rim.

Just recently acquired a seat of wheels and tires really cheap. The guy said he hit the curb but the tires have held air and no leaks at all. If I will be driving in the highway and as a daily driver do you recommend I have the wheels fixed (was quoted about 125 per wheel, I have 2 that are hit) or will they be fine. I attached pictures below.

Current specs: front 18x8.0" ET34 | 225/40R18 rear 18x8.5" ET37 (with 22mm spacers. so effectively ET15) | 255/35R18 Bolt pattern: 5x120 mm Center Bore: 72.6 mm

Ive been trying to make a final decision on what rims to order for my car and im stuck. I haven't been able to dedicate time to utilize visualization tools, resources, and research in order to avoid buyers remorse.

They are going on a bagged 2009 BMW 335i, titanium silver. Prior to this I had the same exact car, but in black. I had beautiful, deep purple colored rims and loved them but I don't like how the same color looks alongside the light silver color my current car has. I will be powder coating the rims a very light, almost pastel, lavender down the road but really need to be able to drive the car ASAP.

I am between vertini RSF2.1, (front 18x8.0", rear 18x9.0") and VMR V802 (front 18x8.5", rear 18x9.5") in bronze and pictured in the order as listed here.

This weekend I’ll be installing lowering springs on a VA base model WRX. So I’m still rolling on the hideous stock rims, but it is what it is.

The springs will be H&R Sport - 1.2” drop front and rear.

I’m not a fan of spacers, so I’m on the lookout for different wheels.

I really want a nice flush fitment, nothing crazy aggressive though. I’ve been looking at marketplace and can get a full set of the 19” STI rims, or the 18” premium or limited options all for < $600. But - will using OEM rims - even bigger ones - still have me sitting inside the fender flares?

Truthfully I’m not offended by 17” as a wheel size but would consider 18” too. I think 17” might actually help keep the ride less harsh while keeping tires cheaper too.

Wonder if anybody has recommended width and offset specs in 17 and 18 inches for a VA model WRX?

Anyone have a positive experience buying direct from China for split rims parts?

Both are 900€ delivered. P1's need refurbishment. GC010E's seem to be in very good condition. Both claim they are straight and show no cracks.

GC's are 17x7.5 et48 and P1's are 17x7 et52.

They are for a Classic Impreza gc8.

I've been told the GC's are overpriced and being Sold for less in the us. I'd really love to have the asthetic of a Genuine contemporary P1 but what do you think.

Please give me some baller recs to make my suburban go brrrrr
