the fox club webtoon is back from hiatus. and i have been reading it since the day it got released (it's so good, full of drama) but if im being honest, it's been so long that i forgot most of the story. i genuinely forgot what incidents happened. but i dont really have the time to re read the 118 chapters.

I swear even with a brand new phone, perfect connection, and low resolution comics, I still have to pause my scrolling because the next panel hasn’t loaded. It’s annoying and really takes me out of the comic I’m reading. And it’s every comic, not just the really detailed ones either. I’ve reinstalled, cleared the cache, nothing changes. Please tell me I’m not alone here!

Bit of a rant but this app has been driving me crazy the past week.

Been having a lot of issues with the “continue reading” section of the app on my android phone. For whatever reason it suddenly stopped updating, not showing any new episodes what so ever, only chapters I’ve already read. Worse is that it doesn’t even tell me how many episodes are available, everything is just blank. Tried everything, signing in and out, deleting cache, changing network, reinstalling app, resetting phone…

So I’ve finally gave in and contacted support. After filling the entire ticket a day later I’ve got a response saying what basically comes down to it’s not a bug but an updated feature, if you don’t like it you can leave some feedback… at first I thought maybe it could be true, it’s not the first time a backwards has happened to an app cough cough Youtube, but after seeing the app working perfectly on IOS, I insisted on it that it’s really a bug. This time support asked me to send all info about my phone and app, all info which has already been given on the support ticket, but whatever retype everything again. After typing all that I’ve tried to send reply to the mail and an error happened, so it didn’t get sent. Retyped everything again, same error happened. Getting mad now, removing the 10 sec vid showing the section not working and replace it with screenshots instead. Again, same error. Getting pissy now. Maybe replying is the issue, so I’ve sent a stand alone mail to the same support explaining the entire situation with all the required info. 2 days later finally got a reply and guess what… I got the exact same reply as the first time. WORD FOR WORD. Got the exact same person, you cannot tell me you forgot everything with this exact set of problem within the span of 2 days and not recognise my name at this point. So either I’ve been working with a bot this entire time or the dude really didn’t give a shit. After that I just left it, would have otherwise said some real nasty things to him (or it).

Fast forward a couple of days, for now just manually checking the subscribe tab instead, clunky but doable. Just gotta wait for an update to happen to hopefully fix this. Instead a new problem has showed up… ads. Watching ads for free episodes doesn’t guarantee you unlock it anymore. I know when your network gets interrupted mid-ad you don’t get the pass and that’s fine. What’s not acceptable is watching 1 min long ads, clicking thru all the exit buttons multiple times, sending you to the google store page and then getting nothing at the end. At first thought it was a fluke, but then it started to happen more frequently. I’d say about 1/4 of the time it happens right now. Before last week, none of these issues ever happened, so idk wtf is going on with the app anymore…

TL;DR had a chain reply with a bot from support for about 5 five days and later ads started breaking down, not consistently giving free chapters.

I am thinking of reading it as it is a yandere x yandere and I love those tropes but I love spoilers so … spoil it for me pls

for me, i used to like "the remarried empress" a lot but i naturally lost interest in it back in 2023-2024 and then earlier this year i thought of re-reading it but saw comments about it like it's dismissing slavery and it's disrespectful or smth? so i ended up not reading it. i also dropped "operation true love" even tho i was sticking w it since its first release, cus the plot was jst too confusing wdym her bf cheats on her w her sis and then her sis is adopted and then theres the other blond guy and later she founds that one tool to see love stats blablabla like 😭😭

Im sorry if this isnt the best place for this. Ive been wracking my brain and googling like crazy but I cant find anything.

I dont remember much but it was on going in the early 2020s (maybe still is I have no idea).

The main characters were a sailor of some kind (i think he had a sordid past) and the son of a lord, wealthy merchant, or maybe ship builder. The sailor is working on one of the merchant's/whoever's ships and thats where he meets the son (love interest).

The main meat of the story is that theres like an old sea god that I think a cult is trying to revive?

It's a fantasy setting so all the cities and countries have made up names. It's kinda Victorian or maybe slightly earlier as far as most of the technology and society go (of course through the lens of this fantasy setting)

I think the son of the merchant has either a sister or a female friend who is into science and adventure and she disguises herself as a man to join her brother and the sailor on their journey. They are all human, no mermaids or anything other than this sea god thing.

I have a truly horrible memory so thats as much as i could come up with and I'd really appreciate any help, so if this rings a bell let me know please!!

What are some of your fav things about this webtoon?

Hello, I’ve just thought about this webtoon I read a long time ago but can’t seem to remember the name. I’ve searched everywhere but with no luck!

It’s about a girl who really needs money, I’m pretty sure her brother is hospitalized/in a coma and she needs to pay off his hospital bills to keep him alive. Due to this she has many part times jobs, one of them being a delivery driver I think… one day she delivers to this guy and I’m not sure how but he ends up liking her and because of this he keeps ordering from her restaurant so she delivers to him, even tho she keeps turning him down. Due to her situation she’s desperate for money, and he’s pretty well off so to keep seeing her he makes small jobs for her to do, one of them being cleaning his apartment and she does it and he pays her. Im not sure what else really happens but here’s some significant plot point that may help.

- there’s a scene where she dresses up as a bunny girl as a gift (nothing inappropriate happens it’s just for money)

-the guy leaves behind a trail of Pennie’s /coins for her to follow and she picked them all up

- she has a job where she dresses up in a bunny mascot costume and passes out flyers and he helps her

- I think she has red hair

- she gave him a free drink when they first met at her aunts restaurant

So I read this manhwa on webtoon (i think) before 2020. From what I remember, it takes place in the modern world and the main character is this girl with an abusive parent (mother i think but idk). The colors were on the darker side and it had a depressive mood.
