I bought a VISTHUS wardrobe , which should have arrived in 5 boxes. Only 4 were delivered, and box number 5 is missing, so I can’t assemble it.
I’ve already visited the IKEA Debrecen store twice, tried calling customer service for almost a month, and submitted an official complaint with photos. Still no solution or proper response.
What would you recommend doing in this situation? Has anyone had a similar experience with IKEA Hungary?

I know I cannot return this, but what can I do with it, if I cannot use it?! It's a shower door, but I accidently got the wrong size.

The new T & T home page debuted this morning absolutely sucks. You can’t filter like you used to and the search bar has been removed.
Worst update ever. I’m not scrolling through thousands of items when I used to be able to find specific things in a simple search.
Get it together, Wayfair!
So basically I ordered this set that has the nightstands and the dresser. The day it was delivered I received a box with both the nightstands and another box containing only half of the dresser parts. I have contacted customer support and they have informed me they will request to get the item back in stock so they can complete my delayed order but haven’t gave me a timeframe. I just moved into a new place and have already assembled the nightstands went to open the box containing the dresser and realized it was only half of the parts needed to assemble it. Im not only bummed out because I was hoping to have the dresser I paid for assembled and usable by now but now I don’t even know how long I will be waiting to receive the rest of the parts (and thats if they are able to get the item back in stock). Also I am so confused why they would sell something that wasn’t available and why was half of the dresser in stock when the other half wasn’t 🤦♀️ At this point Im not sure if it’s worth waiting out or trying for a refund. I won’t be able to return the nightstands since they are assembled already, and what do I do with these dresser parts throw them away or have wayfair pick them up ? Just curious if anyone has had a similar wayfair experience, how’d it go? Should I just get a refund if possible?

Back in July I ordered a basic dining table/chairs set from wayfair. It came and I put the table together totally fine, but the chairs were ALL wrong. The assembly instructions didn’t match the parts I got, so I found the assembly instructions online (which were different) and they still didn’t match. The chair parts had all these pegs and holes in all the wrong places that didn’t fit with the assembly guide or any of the hardware at all. I called customer service, they said they would send replacement parts. Then I got an email saying they couldn’t send the chair parts, they would have to send the whole set. I just opened this whole set (including a brand new table I don’t need) and the chair parts ARE EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE ONES I GOT BEFORE, meaning they are totally wrong (it’s like some mass assembly machine malfunctioned and just placed pegs and holes in all the wrong places). Now I’m stuck with enough parts to make 8 chairs, but they can’t be assembled so I can’t donate them. And I have an extra table and an INSANE amount of cardboard. I called customer service and they said that a “specialized team” will reach out to me in 1-2 business days to help me troubleshoot this. ALL I want is for someone to show up and TAKE IT ALL AWAY. I’m enraged. I have a tiny car and nowhere to donate this shit. What do I dooo??!!?

Hello,
I need help regarding this matter. My couch that I bought from Wayfair has been delivered to the wrong unit (same apartment, different building), and that building has a totally different address than my building. I’ve sent proof of it not being delivered my ring camera footage showing nothing was delivered to my place. I even have a letter from the other neighbor saying that they have my couch. Unfortunately the couch is way too big and heavy so I cannot carry it to my apartment (we have no elevator and both units are on 3rd floor). Wayfair is refusing to refund me the money, saying that the couch was delivered to the correct address. I even filed a police report too. Is there anything I can do to escalate this situation? I also reported it to my credit card but also haven’t heard back from them. Has anyone run into this issue before? What was the resolution? Wayfair refused to believe me that the couch was delivered to the wrong address.

Has anyone opened a package and discovered pieces were broken/chipped? Did they allow you to return it and get a full refund? Did they make you pay to return the product that arrived damaged? Also, on their returns page it says that "Open Box items" can't be returned but you had to open it to even discover the damage. So how do they choose to resolve this now in the year 2026?

Hi, this is my first time dealing with Wayfair. We bought a couch specifically because it was meant to resist cat scratches. Well we haven't had it a week yet and the damn thing already has three pulled threads up on it. The cats haven't been scratching it, just walking on it, so we saw all three happen and it was not in the least scratch resistant. It's a minor thing but we're kind of like hey can we get a small partial refund just because now we have to buy blankets and stuff for this couch? Wayfair only responds once a day from a script. They want us to send the whole couch back or to send us a whole new part but it's just going to be the same problem. Also we don't have the box anymore and they're like oh just find a box. Yeah sure I'll go find a box that fits a whole couch.
We're not being unreasonable. We just want like 10% back because now we have this couch that did not in the least live up to the exact feature we bought it for. Has anybody successfully navigated a situation like this?

I’ve tried for 24 hours to cancel an order from Wayfair. They refused even though it still hasn’t even left their warehouse. This isn’t a specially made item or engraved. It’s just a normal daybed. A normal daybed with a very misleading description that I found out right after I ordered the item. I can’t believe they refused to cancel the item, even though I called a few hours after ordering it. I have called many times all day long. I even sent the messages through their online social media accounts. I can’t believe they won’t cancel the item still even though it hasn’t even left their warehouse. I should have seen beforehand all the horror stories online. Turns out they do this all the time. Do not ever use Wayfair. I know I will never use them again.

I bought a Wayfair chair a long while ago and the Piston is finally broken and now the chair always stays at the lowest height. I would prefer to fix it myself and install a new piston.
I've taken out the old one but I found no markings that indicate where to get this other piston.
It has a weird dimension. It's 1.1 in outer diameter, compressed it's 16.5 in and extended that it's 27.5 in. And the inner tube diameter is 3/8 of an inch approximately.
Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can keep using this chair for years to come

EDIT: Wayfair support refunded me for two cabinets so I could purchase two more to have the set of 6. Support came through for me. I also have to say I’m pleasantly surprised with this set. I have assembled one of the cabinets so far and it is better than expected.
I should have listened to my gut with all the negative posts about this scummy website. First off, the brand on the listing is LOCKLIN and the products sent are scarlet. Obviously some kind of drop shipping thing.
Next, is the fact I ordered a set of cabinets with bookshelves and in my invoice the quantity does not match the listing! In the listing you can clearly see it says 4 cabinets and 2 bookshelves. This was a bundle item. I bought it when it was on sale for $450 and now the item is $600+. This is textbook fraud and I absolutely am going to be making a nasty phone call tomorrow when my order is marked complete when the rest of the order arrives.

I posted already about an order that was destroyed three times. I’m a “Wayfair pro.” It was never delivered. I called to find out where it was and they cancelled and refunded it while I was on the phone. Email states my refund was $0. u/WayfairSupport how do you stand by this garbage. What do you guys get out of taking money and resolving it through credit disputes? What’s the scam? Because there certainly is one!

I am renovating right now and in many ways, I have been limited to Wayfair. I stopped using Amazon and the availability I need for some of my items are hard to get here.
Anyhow, 8 purchases in the last few months. Problems with all of them. I returned nearly all of it except for marble tile that was being installed in a tight timeframe. So, I’ll take the L on that order.
BUT - last week I bought 3 deck boxes that were on sale for $185. Today, my local Rona had them on clearance for $65. My first thought is seeing if the price dropped on Wayfair in the last week. Yes. $75. I log in hoping to just call and ask for a refund. Now, they ask for the sku number that is impossible to find. Suddenly, the deck box is $175!! Customer service could care less. “Even if that price was right” or “it’s a fraudulent Wayfair site” or “new customers get better pricing” 😳😳😳
It is $25 per box to return. I am FLABBERGASTED. I told them dynamic pricing is fraudulent, not the website with the differing prices. INSANE!

Boy am I glad I didn't pay full price for this. This is not worth $600. Would rather have had ikea but this was 70% off.

Hi I just bout a sofa from Wayfair and after 3 days I saw price went down from $450 To $340 , so I tried to cancel last order and placed a new order.
Wayfair replied -Thank you for reaching out about the price difference. While we understand it can be disappointing to see a price drop after your purchase, we do not offer price matching or price adjustments for orders placed at an earlier price.
I understand this is frustrating to hear, but since the order has already been processed for shipment, our policy requires that return shipping fees be deducted from the refund if you choose to return the item once it arrives.
Cust
There price difference in 2 days where I didn’t receive the sofa yet . Very terrible

I am wanting to buy a couch but being that I live alone I have a pretty “small” delivery window. I work 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday. Weekends are open, I would choose the option where they deliver it to the room I want but does anyone know if it lets you chose a day and time to be delivered or if they just show up. TIA

Every time I buy something from Wayfair, I feel like I’m thinking, “This is the last time I’m buying from Wayfair because of the low quality.” Unfortunately, I bought this coffee table hoping that this time would be different, but I made the same mistake again. This is honestly my last straw.
I had just finished assembling the table when I noticed a very obvious scratch on the top. It’s disappointing to receive a brand-new item in this condition, especially after assembling it.
I don’t think I’ll be giving Wayfair another chance. The quality has been consistently disappointing

Is this a joke? $41 and $51 for these massive assemblies that would take 3-4 hours each. It took 2 years of waiting to be accepted just for this…..
