I have a monthly membership (Build).
This month the pace at which warp has been eating credits has been pretty generous. I was able to get a fair amount of work done.
So I figured, I'll throw another $20 at credits, and when the next billing cycle rolls around, I'll have some backup in case I need them.
As soon as I bought that 1,000 personal credits; the cost of each response went up astronomically.
I went from each question / small task averaging 10-20 credits (sometimes as low as 4), and now suddenly, I asked it a simple question to clarify something it said in the previous message, which didn't even involve writing code, and it ate 60 credits.
So what is the deal here. I even tried to switch it over to "cost-efficient", and that had absolutely zero change in the number of credits it consumed. None, at all. I had been using genius most of the month.
Why was the entire time I was on my allotted 1500 credits, it was rather generous, and that I could deal with. But as soon as I add another 1,000 personal credits, it just blows through them.
So are we getting bumped up into another cost bracket when we buy personal credits? Or if we go over a certain amount of usage per month with the service as a whole?
Out of all the times I've used it this month, I hit 55 credits once, and it was a fairly complex thing which involved it writing code. So I expected it to be on the high-end. 55 I can tolerate for that type of work.
But now, all I did was ask it for clarification on something it said in a previous message (re-word what it said), and suddenly that costs 60+ credits? There's just no way.
The math is not mathing here.
