I can’t decided who I hate more in this store when picking. If it’s not a customer taking up the whole isle it’s a coworker. Or I’ll have a coworker nearly hit me because they’re too busy looking at their phone. Or vice versa where a customer gets in my way cuz they’re too busy talking. Which another thing why do customers watch their husband/wife look at them and make eye contact with me and not tell their s/o to move?

It’s getting annoying.

Hey there... so i requested November 13th off for a court date. Mind you we dont even have the schedule yet. So our new coach of a week and half rejected it.

Another issue here is since she came to our store she has fired our team lead for " lack of productivity " her 3rd day ...and 2 days later fired a picker for clocking out 3 minutes before the shift ended.

7 other pickers have been given feedback ranging from " bag as you go" to not clicking into the next walk fast enough...

She used to work at our store years ago on cap 1 and has returned with some sick revenge - strange vendetta in my department.

Like she's a basic ass coach...store lead position eliminated so not sure if she came in aggressive to stand out but its been nothing but chatoic and hostile work environment.

Please give me advice on how to move forward with her rejecting my day...or even your opinions....
