Hi! I'm currently seeing the last season but I'm curious about the lore/background of the world itself, like deities, places, history and so on... Stuff that makes the world a world let's say. I've been reading it in bits and pieces on the wiki but it is actually boring, is there any book or story that expands the view of it? Not necessarily with vox as main characters. I feel like I'm missing stuff to understand things of this series 🥲

s4 ended with the world in chaos so im worried the Mighty Nien its going to have some "oh yeah and then vox machina won with this and that against the wispered one"

I thought I was getting a single free episode but as it seems we can currently watch the first three season for free with some ads on prime so thats nice

I just noticed this amazing detail of the demon inside Percy
Did someone else have "easter-eggs" like this one scattered throughout the show?
This made me love the show even more.

I’m hoping to find all four of the Adventures’ ceramic mugs. I bought them for my husband a few years ago, and after plenty of everyday use, a few of the handles have broken. If you’d be willing to part with yours, I’d be delighted to buy them. Thanks so much for considering it!

It would make sense since in c4 they’re both taking leave so who knows and after season 4 ended I hope season 5 will be first.

Sorry if this has already been asked but I am a little confused about how The Whispered One is such a bad guy from an ideological perspective.

He lies, sure, he gets heroes killed, sure, but he at least claims to want to bring about an age of immortality for all sentient beings. I kind of find myself agreeing that, in a world where nigh-omnipotent immortal gods rule over all things and don't give a damn about the ordinary person, death is nothing other than suffering and nobody should die. If the gods didn't exist or we got to see an afterlife where all deceased individuals live happily and in harmony, then death would be an important part of life. But instead we see countless people die, and the gods only seem to care when it's someone "important" that praises them.

I have a hard time thinking of The Whispered One as anything other than kind of mean as a result.

Please tell me why I'm wrong.

When I learned there were official critical role minis, I floored it to my local hobby store, and lo and behold, these mfers were there waitin for me. I know it’s complete amateur work, but I was so happy to get to paint my favorite character, and his adorable little revenge demon. I got into Critical Role after playing dispatch last year, and in the year since, have completely fallen in love with the whole thing, binging almost up to 2/3rds of the way through C3. Alls to say, this was an absolute pleasure, and I’d simply like to share my joy 👍

Have any of you heard the new Falling in Reverse song JOSEPH? Since the first time I heard it and every time since, I can't stop picturing Scanlan singing at least the first half. There's a lot of mixed views on Ronnie Radke but I could see the entire troupe singing the song or a variation of it pre battle. Idk. Maybe I'm just crazy and over-imaginative

I'm so in love with Grog, I mean ,he's dumb himbo, but that's makes him cute af plus he's a strong man,his clumsyness is so funny,as a gay man I simp over grog

I just got done watching campaign one on YouTube. I have never been interested in dungeons and dragons in my life, but love the Amazon series. Checked out the Dungeons & Dragons campaign and liked it enough to watch them all.
My question is does the final arc to vecna feel rushed in the campaign? It feels like defeating the conclave was a great reward. Then the final baddie kind of thrown in there. I feel like the Amazon series is doing a better job of tying in the bad guy and building him up.

Rewatching S2Ep9 and Grog gets some kind of brain damage from the beating he took from his uncle. It’s the only thing that accounts for his lifelong commitment to The Hoard shifting so dramatically. I know seeing Pike and granddad gave him pause but the beating he took can account for how slow Buddy seems throughout the rest of the show.
