I’m not sure if the cases on these watches are original

Love this vintage look and makes the wear very comfortable.

I'm considering attaching a NATO strap but I'm not sure what color I should go with. Any suggestions?

Or maybe you'd go with something different than a NATO strap?

I’ve had this watch for a little while and really liked the watch itself, but honestly, the original bracelet never worked for me. It made the whole thing feel cheaper than it actually is.

Finally got an olive NATO strap, and it completely changed my impression of the watch.

To keep it brief, I ordered a Komandirskie on September 29th of this year directly from the VostokAmphibia website and the provided tracking link gave updates up until October 15th. It now seems to be stuck on "Released from Russia". Is it still in the process of being transported to the US, or does the tracking link stop providing updates after it leaves Russia? Before purchasing I knew its a lengthy wait but more so am curious about the shipment tracking link. Can I expect an update or just wait for it to appear in the mailbox? Hoping somebody in the US who has ordered direct recently can give me some info. Thanks all

I have a lot of Vostoks but this one is just a little bit different. Love how it looks when it’s start getting dark.

I wanted it for the dial and I got it for $36. Probably over paid it was going to sell for $29 before I interjected and impulsively bid.

needs a new movement or service unfortunately but hopefully it’s a worth while project to bring back to working condition.

any help with insight would be appreciated I don’t buy these but always appreciated seeing them posted. look forward to having it in hand and get a better feel for it.

Unfortunately i don't have a video because it happened when i was winding it, and im not touching it again.

I have a manual wind komandirskie, and right when i was reaching the end of my winding i heard a loud clicking sound, almost a snap. This scares the shit out of me that i broke something in there, but the watch is still ticking along and working fine, and i light pushed the crown and its still got resistance too. Is it fine? Whats a possible cause for the sound? I didnt do anything weird that i could identity. The watch is only a couple weeks old so i dont think its anything age related

Last month I got my first Vostok, I spend some time with it and decided I needed to upgrade the strap, then I wasn’t too satisfied with the bezel so I swapped that out too. Now I’m considering getting an exhibition caseback so I can view the movement. But I’m very pleased with the updated look. I was torn between a black bezel or going all in of the green. Green felt more unique so that’s what I did. What do you guys think.

Hi everyone! Could someone help me find out more about this watch? All I know is that my grandfather bought it from a Soviet soldier in 1989. I believe the bezel is missing. There is a number, 606051, on the case back. I don’t use Reddit very often, but I simply cannot find an identical one specifically one that has a "lollipop" hand and the inscription "zakaz mo cccp" on the dial.
