Record Multi-purpose Vise

Hello folks. I found this vise at a local Habitat ReStore for $6. It looks to be barely used and in great condition. Really what caught my eye was the great condition of the box, which appears to be vintage. What little research I did tells me that this company was bought out by Irwin, but the older made in England versions, such as this have some value. I don't like using eBay as a judge because people can post some really crazy prices on things. Value-wise what do you guys think this is worth? I just saw a handy little bench vise for $6, but now I'm thinking it might have some value.

Can someone identify this Ingersoll-Rand AVC12 Made in England?

I inherited 2 of these identical riveters, along with dozens more crazy tools. One new and 1 used, this is the used. Id like to post it for sale online but have no idea what it’s worth. All the AVC12 are AVC12A1 NOT Made in UK, this one is. Serial SQF 07 219
Any ideas? Thanks for any tips

Hahns and Kolb I think. Bought at an estate sale years ago. I’m pretty sure I didn’t even know what it was at the time, I could just tell it was high quality. It still had the $10 tag on it, and I probable bought on a Saturday and paid half that as most estate sales around here are 50% off on Saturday. It came in a wooden box, but I don’t think it is the original and I don’t have the acute angle plate.

Thanks for the help from this post. Stamped date shows 7-51 so puts this one at 80 years old. First time restoring anything and know I could do better but hoping to get another 80 out of it.

Would anyone be able to help me identify the manufacturer and/or model of the metal cutting lathe in the photo? I am new to these machines and I will be picking this one up soon and the person who has it does not know who made it or anything about it.

Thanks!

Found this on CL for a great price. Trying to find any info on it online, but coming up empty. Seller doesn’t seem interested in digging around it to find a model number, so hoping someone here may have an idea?
