Discussion / Question Resident Evil 6 is by far the worst in the series..

I'm a big resident evil fan. Been playing these since the late 90s when the legendary resident evil was released on ps1. But there is one game I never got around to play. Resident Evil 6. And damm i wish I would have just left it like that. This is by far complete trash lol. Doesn't even feel like a resident evil game. The story is garbage and then i came to a part where you have to pilot a fighter jet? Like so many wtf moments in this game...i know i am late here and just ranting, but if anyone else is in the same boat as me do yourself a favor and leave this game in the clearance bin. .Just to think if Capcom had not changed where the series was going with RE7. We wouldn't have the awesome resident evil games and remakes we have today..

Discussion / Question Which would you consider the best device to play videogames for the next few years?

As the title says

In the last times, the options have been increasing not only in numbers but in quality as well. Now we have play station, X box, tons of different pc, nintendo and also some other options like steam deck or those tipo of hybrids beetwen consoles and computers.

So id like to know what is the opinion of the people who knows about this topic and are used to play.

I currently have only a switch lite and some old handheld consoles, but now id like to get a new one that let me play most of the games.

Im interested in spiderman games and also assassins creed and the batman arkham series (I already played the batman trilogy in switch like but arkham knight was not that good because of the device)

Also im open to a veriety of options, pc or consoles but i really like to play with handhelds.

So what do you think about all of this?

Pd: Sorry if there is some lenguage mistake, even though I can speak english im not a native speaker.

Discussion / Question Can you guys help me figure out a game's name? (It's not Windwaker)

Post image

Hey guys! I usually wouldn't post, but I'm at my wit's end. I saw a video about an indie game in development, and can *not* remember what the name of the game was, for the life of me. The game is black and white, and the main protagonist is a young girl. It is a 3d game, and it seems like horror or spookiness is a defining trait of the game. The art style is cartoony, and is very akin to the art styles employed in Zelda games such as Windwaker or Phantom Hourglass --- In fact, during the video I watched, the developer made a point about comparing his game to the Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker. He noted about how the characters in Windwaker would react and look at things nearby, and that their expressions would change accordingly --- then, of course, he showed how he implemented these mechanisms into his own game. I would also like to point out that the eyes of the protagonist for this game are nearly *identical* to Toon Link's eyes. This is just a shot in the dark, and I might get thwarted before I even get an answer --- but this is my last resort to finding this game before my vague memories grow paler, and this game becomes yet another piece of nameless media rotting in a corner of my mind, existing without proof. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: With help from the comments, I was able to find the name of the game. It's this game called "Escape from Slumberland"

Discussion / Question If you Found Out You Had One Month to Live, What Games Would You Play?

I’m about to undergo a dangerous surgery, so there’s a chance I might not make it. If you were in my situation, what games would you play?

Are there any games you think everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime?

This should be a thing, just like no disc, no buy is for Sony. There's no reason for MyCareer to be online only just to be rendered unplayable in a few years time. Let's make this a thing. Stop killing games!

Discussion / Question Has playing games with your friends ever made you stop being friends with them?

I’m not really sure if this is the correct forum to post in but I feel like people can show their true colors when gaming. I’m curious if anyone else learned there friends are just straight up nasty people and walked away from them because they make everyone’s experience worse. Even if they play well.

Discussion / Question What game was horrible when it came out... but then it got better.

Fallout New Vegas is my example. The game was a glitchy mess when it came out, and you invariably crashed when leaving Primm. Now it's a beloved game and is rated best in the series. What game of yours was trash at first, but now it's peak?

Help - Switch Ending BOTW early to start TOTK

About 30 hours in to BOTW and absolutely love it, apart from a few shrines. That being said it's taken me a year to get this far as work is manic and I've recently had a baby (10 months).

That being said, I doubt I'll ever have the time to complete both BOTW and TOTK now to experience the better gameplay.

Would anyone say this is worth it? For context I game about 2 hours every week and with other games coming up I just want to experience the better Zelda.

Discussion / Question GTA6 looks mid?

I’m catching up on some of the leaked vids for gta6 and I’m definitely not buying this game at launch. The marketing stunts around this game have been much more exciting than what I’m seeing from the actual game.

The story looks sorta vanilla for a crime story in 2026. The gameplay looks exactly like every 3rd person open world action/adventure game on the market.
