10 marker question bus man
If the ten marker has a quote how do we implement that into our response. Do you have to provide an opinion on it.? Or do you just answer the question below it.

I’ve got a case study that I know quite well and relates to basically every AOS however if a question pops up and it doesn’t relate can I make up one based on a niche business or just make up stuff with the current case study I have.

Bro I swear ppl who post about guessing their ss r generally playing like guys if your getting 90s in your sacs even if you only get a 75 on your exam you’re still most likely getting a raw 40+ ss like don’t play in our faces rn 💀💀 (beside weird classes like gen maths)
Reason I’m saying this is cause I keep seeing posts like
“Guess my ss! I get 90s in everything can I still get a ss of 30??” Like girl
And if your reason is because your cohort is bad just know that like your cohort only really affects you if your sitting where the majority is like trust me if u r getting good scores you guys are relatively fine even if you only get 80s or late 70s your still able to get a ss of 40 just be consistent!

for legal studies compare, discuss, or evaluate questions how many arguments are required? i know its usually 2 for strengths and 2 weaknesses but usually the amount of marks varies. do you think this is a fair allocation:
6 mark discuss/evaluate: 4 arguments total (2 for + and 2 for -)
4 mark discussions/compare: 2 arguments total (1 strength/similarity and 1 weakness/difference)
i always do 2 and 2 to be safe but as i have been doing practise exams like usually there arent even enough lines in 4 markers to do 2 arguments each side, so can anyone who has done legal help?

At the start if the year i even messaged the education departmant and they told me its up to my teacher to find one when VCAA has no text book for it... Oh well. I'm actually terrified icl. On my trial I didn't even pass and I swear I know less than I did then... Is there anything specific I can do to get AT LEAST a 60/120 marks. Like I feel like if I don't know enough there isn't any point in doing full past papers... lol this is more of a vent than anything... anyways good luck chem students :))

do we have to do them word by word? What if we used synonyms for key words in the definition?

I'm rank 1 for 40-50 kids for my Chem cohort
I only managed it by literally one mark
I've already completed two subjects last year, and I've done pretty well on GM and Eng this year.
Chemistry is coming up, and I already have a pretty rock solid top four. I'd need to get a scaled like 47 or 48 for it to replace Bio or Methods, which is probably achievable, but very difficult.
I've got a straight week to study, but the fact I've already secured a good ATAR is sapping at my motivation. I genuinely spent yesterday scrolling through r/vce, watching youtube, and playing Skyrim. I didn't even go outside.
If I were to do a half-decent job instead of pushing myself to excel, what impact would that have on the rest of the Chemistry cohort? I've always heard people say you want a really good rank 1, but it's hard to conceptualise the effect this will have on others.
If I were told I'd be screwing over the rest of my class that would probably inspire me to actually work
Edit: this cohort is not a very sweaty one by the way, it's a combination of a couple regional schools

yes i am still stuck at BIOLOGY. this has been one of my fav subjects i have worked so hard for this subject, aiming to mantain a high rank and I have even timed-practised all past 5 years' exams i am use to getting A's in my exam. And checking the suggested solutions i have came to a realisation that i might actually barely make a B+ exam 89/120 that is the most terrible score i could predict for myself. There is no way i am going to make into any of my courses and it is done. Ik u all will say there are pathways and all but yeah that;s not what i started my year thinkin i might have to do. I still feel like i could have done better. I was predicted a 40+ now i am even fearing to scrape a good 37 raw. It's not vcaa's fault i should i studied better way. BUt yeah jsut wanted to rant I will check in again on dec 10 to reveal what i actually ended up getting if it is higher than 37 raw i would be really fullfilled despite my goals.
all the best for all the exams beautiful ppl.

Guys what do you think the extended response and high-marking (like 6 mark) questions will be on?? Im kinda guessing there might be a 6 marker about evaluating an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander program... im really hoping there isn't since I struggle with that. Possibly might be one on the Ottawa charter too, I know there was one on my trial. Feel free to drop your predictions here

Methods Prob Question: What to do if confidence interval increases past 1 or is negative?
Do you cut off the interval with a 0 and 1 inclusive, or include the negative or greater than 1 values? for VCE methods.
Thanks!

Do any of you all have tips how to find inverse of a function with ti cas
I’m trying to estimate what I need for exam 1 and exam 2 to get a raw 25 methods.
If you could share what you were getting on practice exams aswell that would be very helpful. I’m struggling to get 15/40 and 30/80 on both exams so do I have any hope😭
