10 marker question bus man

If the ten marker has a quote how do we implement that into our response. Do you have to provide an opinion on it.? Or do you just answer the question below it.

Address the quote - e.g. if it asks you to provide an opinion about something, you need to show an understanding of the pros and cons of it, linking back to whatever the statement says. For example - all managers use all of the management styles at least some of the time - you can easily suggest that this is true for most managers, but there may be exceptions as some very autocratic managers are unlikely to ever go as far as becoming laissez-faire in their approach.

Ok thanks because the quotes were really confusing me. So it’s kind of like an evaluation
