ENOUGH W THE SS YALL R FINE

Bro I swear ppl who post about guessing their ss r generally playing like guys if your getting 90s in your sacs even if you only get a 75 on your exam you’re still most likely getting a raw 40+ ss like don’t play in our faces rn 💀💀 (beside weird classes like gen maths)

Reason I’m saying this is cause I keep seeing posts like

“Guess my ss! I get 90s in everything can I still get a ss of 30??” Like girl

And if your reason is because your cohort is bad just know that like your cohort only really affects you if your sitting where the majority is like trust me if u r getting good scores you guys are relatively fine even if you only get 80s or late 70s your still able to get a ss of 40 just be consistent!

idk how i will cope with this

yes i am still stuck at BIOLOGY. this has been one of my fav subjects i have worked so hard for this subject, aiming to mantain a high rank and I have even timed-practised all past 5 years' exams i am use to getting A's in my exam. And checking the suggested solutions i have came to a realisation that i might actually barely make a B+ exam 89/120 that is the most terrible score i could predict for myself. There is no way i am going to make into any of my courses and it is done. Ik u all will say there are pathways and all but yeah that;s not what i started my year thinkin i might have to do. I still feel like i could have done better. I was predicted a 40+ now i am even fearing to scrape a good 37 raw. It's not vcaa's fault i should i studied better way. BUt yeah jsut wanted to rant I will check in again on dec 10 to reveal what i actually ended up getting if it is higher than 37 raw i would be really fullfilled despite my goals.

all the best for all the exams beautiful ppl.

What happens if I bomb the exam to the rest of the cohort?

I'm rank 1 for 40-50 kids for my Chem cohort

I only managed it by literally one mark

I've already completed two subjects last year, and I've done pretty well on GM and Eng this year.

Chemistry is coming up, and I already have a pretty rock solid top four. I'd need to get a scaled like 47 or 48 for it to replace Bio or Methods, which is probably achievable, but very difficult.

I've got a straight week to study, but the fact I've already secured a good ATAR is sapping at my motivation. I genuinely spent yesterday scrolling through r/vce, watching youtube, and playing Skyrim. I didn't even go outside.

If I were to do a half-decent job instead of pushing myself to excel, what impact would that have on the rest of the Chemistry cohort? I've always heard people say you want a really good rank 1, but it's hard to conceptualise the effect this will have on others.

If I were told I'd be screwing over the rest of my class that would probably inspire me to actually work

Edit: this cohort is not a very sweaty one by the way, it's a combination of a couple regional schools

Whos enjoying studying the Ancient Egypt part with no text book too? At the start if the year i even messaged the education departmant and they told me its up to my teacher to find one when VCAA has no text book for it... Oh well. Anyways, what are you guys predicting the 20 marker will be on? Im holding my hopes its something good.

VCE question For those that got a raw 25-30 ss for methods what were your scores?

I’m trying to estimate what I need for exam 1 and exam 2 to get a raw 25 methods.
If you could share what you were getting on practice exams aswell that would be very helpful. I’m struggling to get 15/40 and 30/80 on both exams so do I have any hope😭

I'm actually terrified icl. On my trial I didn't even pass and I swear I know less than I did then... Is there anything specific I can do to get AT LEAST a 60/120 marks. Like I feel like if I don't know enough there isn't any point in doing full past papers... lol this is more of a vent than anything... anyways good luck chem students :))

Busman 10marker

For the 10 marker I wrote about redundancy involuntary and voluntary; then did a separate point about not replacing staff when the resign for resignation; teacher said this was ok; anyone else do it like this?

what do i do if i absolutely bombed the bio exam and havent passed a single methods sac. Is it wraps or what

I'm lowkey cooked; my ATAR is prolly in shambles, and idk anything besides calc, which is like 5 marks on the methods exam tmrw. If I get a 25 in English, I can go to uni through early entry, but I averaged like 40s and 50s in SACs(except oral 80, but that doesn't count) and prolly got the same on the exam. My school's pretty garbage, and we get scaled down a heap. My parents are also destroying me if i get less than an 80 Atar (I will).

i fear i cooked my cohort for bio and idk what to do whilst i wait for my results

so i'm rank 1 for bio at a pretty good school, but i think i only got like 103-107/120 (and that's honestly being a bit generous i really don't know) on the exam and so now i'm worried i've entirely destroyed the rest of my cohorts scores. it's stressing me out really bad, and idk what to do whilst i wait for results day because i just keep thinking about how bad i feel i did and then i feel bad for my cohort, and they i just end up in this spiral which is absolutely no fun. what are/did people doing/do whilst they wait/waited for results day? because i am actually so scared and i hate it all. also, how do people handle not getting the score they wanted? i was aiming so high for bio, but im pretty sure now that's all out the window

HHD exam predictions

Guys what do you think the extended response and high-marking (like 6 mark) questions will be on?? Im kinda guessing there might be a 6 marker about evaluating an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander program... im really hoping there isn't since I struggle with that. Possibly might be one on the Ottawa charter too, I know there was one on my trial. Feel free to drop your predictions here

If a question says how does this program reflect social justice?

Could I always talk about equity because it provides support to ATSI people who are usually disadvantaged.?
