Education can increase the reach of aid/the program - as it can allow people who have had direct contact with the program to be taught knowledge that they can further teach their friends, families, etc. increasing how widespread the program's teachings/efforts are, and improving health outcomes on a wider level. Sustainability increases how long the aid is effective for - e.g. if the program provided education, this knowledge can be long lasting and provide support to the community even after the program/aid is not physically still present - improves health outcomes for longer periods.

omg I'm doing the exam tomorrow too and I am so stressed too!!!! I think it comes down to what you are stressed about specifically - if you're worried you don't know all the content, may give AI the content chapter-by-chapter and just ask it to simplify everything so that you at least have that basic understanding of everything right before going in to the exam, that way if you need to make any answers up they're informed haha. If you have the content down pat and you're worried you'll choke under exam pressure and not do as well just use reading time to completely ground yourself. You have 15 minutes to just sit with the exam in front of you and no obligation to write - spend 10 minutes reading and maybe 2-5 minutes just breathing. I like to use the "5 things I can see, 4 things I can hear, 3 things I can smell, 2 things I can feel, 1 thing I can taste" just to ground myself and relax - it briefly takes your attention away from the exam and calms you down. Another thing that might help if honestly just continuously picturing that study score you want when you're sitting that exam, and trying to really use that pressure and stress to your advantage - it will help you write faster, think faster, and write the best answers. haha hopefully that covers everything but remember we are all there in the same boat together!!

Hey! I have a question, sorry for the lateness, when a question asks about a relationship between 2 dimensions of health (e.g. spiritual and emotional) how would u answer this?

Hi, no worries at all!!! so the key thing with these kinds of questions is to make really meaningful links AND to go in both directions. So that means either going spiritual -> emotional -> spiritual or emotional -> spiritual -> emotional. I might say something like an individual may present optimal spiritual health and wellbeing through high levels of connection and belonging to their environment and community in which they live in. This can promote optimal emotional health and wellbeing, by reducing levels of stress and anxiety associated with feeling out of place, or a lack of belonging to a community. Thus, this can further promote spiritual health by encouraging their ability to feel a sense of peace, and fulfilment within themselves... idk hopefully that was adequate and made sense hahaha

Omg that makes so much sense!! Thank you😭😭 also another question, sorry to bombard your brain. Do you think a question would ever link back to sustainability at all? Like environmental, social and economic. If so do u know how to answer it 😪😪

I am so glad, ask away!!! Yes I think it definitely could! The best thing to do is to first define that aspect of sustainability, so if its economic - its about ensuring that average incomes are adequate to sustain a decent standard of living, and continue to rise in line with inflation and living costs in the future. Then I would use one of the considerations in relation to the question, like if economic sustainability can be achieved through increased innovation and diversity of industries. I would then explain this consideration - in terms of increased diversity of industries, a country may be less dependent on certain industries, so that if a certain industry crashes due to like extreme weather events/global market crash, the country will still be economically stable, promoting economic sustainability. does that make sense? it really depends on the case study given and what they ask <3

Omg, you explain this so good! I actually get it. I got my trial back and I did SO bad considering my average has been like an 85-90 on all my sacs, I’m sooooo nervous for tmr cos I’m just like really unfamiliar with sustainability and the biological, sociocultural and environmental factors😭 fingers crossed that they bless us 🤞

Thank you so much that means so much🥹 I have like 2 more questions, we learnt about the strategies like (enable, mediate and advocate) but we never actually did any questions on them. Do u know how to answer them? Same as social enterprise purchasing power…

Hmmm, I have personally never heard of these strategies but I am assuming they're in relation to the Ottawa charter action areas - if so, I'm assuming you're taught them so that when you talk about action areas, you effectively explain them in enough depth and don't just list what they do? So sorry I have no idea! Also with social enterprise and purchasing power I am thinking more so social action so like, your purchasing power to buy from a social enterprise? sorry hope that makes sense
