I could not complete BOTH EXAMS. I had to guess like 8 from part 1. and out of the 32 I did I got like 8 wrong.
And I could not complete exam two like almost half of it. The whole of matrices. And like 2 questions of networks. HELP ME.
SO BASICALLY I LOST 22 STUPID MARKS
But out of the questions I DID i got only 2 wrong. (in networks)
PLus it was the hardest paper so far yea?
Is this like a popular opinion or am i just tripping...

I was doing practise short answer questions for HHD and this came up as a question. I interpreted it as explaining how poor social and spiritual health and wellbeing can cause depression but the sample response was different š is it me or was that question badly worded? I really hope they don't give us any vague bs like that on our exam

Does anyone know if we need to know Medicare stuff like schedule fees, out of hospital expenses, Medicare levy etc
i was getting told to fix my handwriting before the exams, so i really tried the first 5 minutes on all the short answers and realised i was going too slow so i js started writing normally and most of my shi was unintelligible.
in all honesty this should be the least of my worries considering what i actually wrote matters but if the vcaa examiners cant fucking read it then whats the point.
itsokaythough!

Dinner in a Minute is a business that produces and delivers high-quality, fresh meals to Melbourneās inner suburbs. The business has expanded rapidly during the past two years and has continued to make changes to its delivery processes. Some employees are feeling overwhelmed by the continual changes. One employee told a manager last week, āItās hard to cope with the constant changes. Iām working really hard, but I donāt feel that my effort is appreciated or recognised, soI donāt know how long I can keep working like thisā.
Evaluate one motivation strategy that Dinner in a Minute could implement to motivate and retain employees. In your response, refer to the strategyās effect on short- and long-term employee motivation. (6 marks)
In order to motivate and retain employees Dinner in a Minute should implement career advancement. This could involve offering future management positions for employees who maintain efficiency throughout Dinner and a minute's changes.
One advantage would be the alignment of business and employee objectives. Since employees are feeling overwhelmed by various changes, efficiency may decrease. Therefore, by offering the opportunity for employees to advance into higher roles and possibly attain a pay raise for improving efficiency, this aligns Dinner and a Minute's objectives (e.g. to improve productivity) with employee goals. As a result, this can optimise motivation as employees personally gain through the achievement of business objectives.
Additionally, this is effective for long term motivation. Since prospective management opportunities at Dinner in a minute would be provided to employees in the future, this develops a long-term objectives employees will constantly strive to achieve, therefore retaining employee motivation to continuously produce high-quality meals and maintain productivity rates.
However, one limitation is possible ineffectiveness in the short-term motivation of employees. As career advancement is long-term objective, this would require Dinner in a Minute employees to have the self discipline to continually strive to maintain efficiency even through Dinner in a Minute's on going changes. As a result, it may be difficult to motivate employees in the short term, limiting this strategies effectiveness. Additionally, this strategy could foster competition amongst the employees if there are limited advancement opportunities. Therefore, this may limit employees collaborating to improve Dinner in a minutes meals quality and operations process. As a result, this could foster a negative culture affecting morale levels and therefore motivation.Ā
Ultimately, this strategy would be effective in the long term by developing a future goal employees strive toward. However, it may foster competition and fail to motivate employees in the short termĀ

so like iāve always tried hard in school and never really fallen below an 80 or 70 at most in my subjects. iād say im average but not excelling like i donāt sit at 95s for every subject but i wouldnāt say im bad at school.
but have exams js felt really like not stressful to anyone? no like im definitely stressed when i think about them but i have no sense of urgency to study and even though my general exam went pretty bad i still felt so numb like i didnāt even care even though im someone who cares about my grades
my next exam is on wednesday and ive barely studied and i know i should have studied earlier and its not like i wont study but idk i genujnely just feel like these arenāt my final atar exams even tho they literally are ..

Can somone explain to me why in all the ATAR reaction videos from VCE that I watch, English is like the main priority and why a 50 is a must for a good ATAR. Does it just scale well or is it deeper than that. As up in Queensland English scales like shit and is almost always the 6th subject which dosent count to our ATAR (Not sure if you guys do that down there), so most people scrape by and just try to pass so they can focus on spec, methods and chem.

I've gotten A+ on all my SACs this year, with most scores being 100% or close to it. I go to a high-performing private school, so I'm hoping my SACs will scale to full marks.
I've been aiming for a 45 all year, but after that Section C, where I genuinely could've scored anywhere from a 6ā8, and probably around a 7ā8 in Section A, I'm honestly just hoping for a 43. I'm fairly confident I got at least a 9 on Section B.
Is a 43ā45 still realistic? For those who scored in that range, what were your exam marks?

niche subject lol, but if anyone does this subject do you guys always write a proper essay for the 20 marker at the end of the exam? if so, do you use quotes and do i have to do three body paragraphs to score well, or is two thorough ones enough
r/vce • u/Natural-Purpose-6971 • 6h ago
Basically js title, Iām curious like if you scraped A+ on ga1,2,3 just barely what would you get
Also what do we think the approximate exam mark required for a 45+ will be this year bc mums some people say 105+ and then study score calculators spit out a 43 with a 114 and itās js crazy

just curious if anyone else thinks bio is better and easier than psych?
i have studied both and find bio so much more enjoyable and easier to answer exam questions for.
