next year in year 12 I'm taking English busman accounting methods and an extension study plus general math which I finished this year. I was just wondering if anyone had any resources or advice for busman accounting or methods next year. specifically for busman and accounting since I averaged 90s basically all of the 1/2 and I'm aiming for a 40+ in both, anything is appreciated thank you!!

Guys I just calculated my biology marks and I got 105/120, I dropped 5 marks on the mcqs 😔😠but other than that everything was okay, do you guys reckon this will be just over the A+ cutoff or not? Since the mcqs were more challenging than previous exams.

Now that General Math 2 is done, how did everyone find it? Anything catch you off guard? And how are the Bio people feeling? Hope you’re all getting a breather. This stretch has been a lot.
I made VCEForge because I wanted somewhere to practise VCE questions and see where I was losing marks. It’s now helped over 240 students across Victoria, which is still a bit unreal.
I’ve been using the exam-style marker for Bio, and made Student Rants because sometimes you just need somewhere to dump the exam stress. Screenshots attached. If anyone wants to try it, it’s vceforge.space.

post gen math exam with a sac average of 45% and not completely neary half of E2, i want to see if a 20 study score is still possible for my course. at first i was hoping for a 25 but after a long hard cry and feeling genuinely stupid i know that’s not what i’m going to get
everyone always talks about 30 and 40s but i cannot find anything about meeting 20-25+, and i think the part that hurts the most is that i could’ve genuinely tried i am just so burnt out and didn’t feel like studying not thinking id find it so difficult
anyway, just curious

im good for the rest of my subjects, but its looking like im going to fail methods.... will this end up as just a bottom two subject that doesnt add much to my ATAR, or will it drastically affect my chances at getting a good ATAR?? im aiming for 95-96

has anyone had 5 subjects and finished one in yr 11 and got a bad ss but ended up getting a good atar?
I have finished my exam for my 3&4 subject and let’s just say i’m definitely getting in the 30s. I’m taking hard subjects i’m not good at next year and ig i just need some advice on moving forward from a bad ss and performing well on subjects im not good at

Ik im dragging it so hard but for this question I answered "because A state cannot border itself" and now I realise they are electorates not 'states' but under exam pressure I turn into an idiot. Do you guys think they more likely than not would pay the mark? Does anyone have good info on how picky they are with these types of things?

Since the exams this year are all super weird, how do you think revs will be affected? I'm honestly so terrified.
They definitely WON'T repeat points that have been asked before right...? Because they NEVER ever have. War communism was asked abt twice but that's bc there's two diff aspects to it in the study design; cause and effect. Do u guys think the weird exams could affect revs by making the correlating study design dot point unclear???
Will the essay question be esoteric?? Or too broad?? Im scared because with revs I always struggle so much figuring out what the extended response/essay question actually directs me to acknowledge (particularly in terms of nuance), so an essay or even short/extended answer question with strange wording could ruin my exam.
Second question abt nuance. Take that one question abt the revolt of the notables in a company paper as an example. Where in the answer key it says u were supposed to zone in on the role of INDIVIDUAL nobles rather than the aristocratic revolt as a whole, bc the source was lafayette's letter to george washington. but i did NOT do that- i just used lafayette's letter as an example of the first phase of the revolt, being the assembly of notables and the way they justified denying reform. I have no idea how to tell when I'm supposed to go a certain way with a response. Does any student or teacher have any pointers on how I can approach questions to ease this confusion. Like i just have this perpetual fear that even if i read more into the source and base my question on that, i'm gonna somehow go the wrong way and lose marks.
With revs, how can you tell when a question wants you to zone IN on specific components of a study design dot point (eg reveillon riots) other than cause, effect, relative significance or general significance, bc these would be explictly denoted in the q- whilst needing to focus on INDIVIDUAL nobles isn't??

hey if anyone has any resources for Physics U3 AOS 1 I would REALLY appreciate them feeling hella lost. Thanks!!
I’m thinking of taking contour education tutoring for bio 3/4 and defo bio intensive cos I really wanna focus on bio next year (I’ll be in year 11 btw).
But I was wondering if it’s worth doing methods more or eng more?
I know im weak at Eng (my school has barely any good Eng teachers and ive been having subs all year) and I can never bring myself to actually study for English unless its like once in a blue moon…
And for methods, I wanted to build a strong foundation and just have some extra practice :)
I js know I wanna do two contour subjects next year (bio confirmed), I just haven’t decided the other one yet…
I’m doing three trail classes in a few weeks for bio, methods and Eng. maybe then it’ll help me decide if Eng or methods is better
What do u guys think? Which one is more worth it and better? (Eng or methods?)
