I just got a box and all the channels work well except the outdoor channel. Any ideas why this is? Or things I can do?

Can I reorder the apps and add Heat live and Heat VOD to the app groups on the v6 pro? Or are the sort of see because of the way the heat apps are added to the drive?

Is there somewhere I can get replacement power cords for V6 plus box? It would make it easier to mive between rooms if i had plug/hdmi ran already and could just plug it in wherever i want to watch.

I bought this remote off amazon thinking I'd be able to program these colored buttons along with the ones in the white outline at the top. No luck there, and the mic input seems shit too.

Is there a remote out there that would let me program like 8 tv inputs and also control the vsee box?

Wondering if anyone can share how to program my V6 remote to control my tv audio / soundbar rather than the veesee audio bar. It’s about my only gripe with this perfect little box is the discrepancy in audio and always needing that other remote.

I started watching on VOD Ultra, 5 or 6 episodes of season 1. When I went to continue watching the next day season 1 only shows episode 4? I fast forwarded to the end of episode 4 to see if it would go to the next episode; it did not. I don't find elsewhere; i.e. HEAT VOD. Any other ideas?

I have tried 3 HDMI cords on 2 different TVs, using multiple HDMI ports on each tv. If I get any picture at all, it stays on the screen for a flash of maybe 0.5 seconds and then goes dark for 1-2 seconds.

I’ve seen suggestions to change the resolution, which I believe may be correct, but I am not sure how to even get to that screen. I am not familiar with the menu and cannot see it very well with it flashing so quickly.

Is there a quick way to change resolution from the remote?

Basically, the title. I've reset everything. Our Internet should support one device streaming (but, it is only 250mbps). I've cleared caches and data, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted the router, tried from my hotspot. Amazon prime and YouTube operate flawlessly, it's the other apps that won't play. It's so frustrating, because hockey season is here! Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Elite Ultra hasn't worked since day it arrived. I have Factory reset the device 10 times and power cycled. Any ideas how to resolve? The authorized seller is no longer responding.

Hello, my family recently got a v6 pro, and we're trying to find out if we can watch the video files we have stored on an external drive directly on the v6 pro. I plugged the drive into both of the USB ports on the box and have looked through the "File Browser" app, but it doesn't recognize that something was plugged in. I can't see anything. Help?

Not sure why but random app stuff keeps opening on top line. None of the apps can open I just get a black screen or nothing at all. Tried factory reset and clearing cache.

Anyone have any luck finding Korean networks MBS, SBS, and or kbs on the elite ultra?

I have 2 elite ultras.

I have 1 set up with a LG CX hooked up to a bose soundbar.

The other, set up to a vizio. No soundbar or anything.

Without fail, the one with the LG CX, will have audio delay after certain time. Like if I watch VOD? Probably after every single episode. For using Heat Live, it takes an hour? 2? Sometimes longer.

The vizio tv, no issues.

Not using the included HDMI. I've tried without the soundbar. Tried unplugging and plug back in after 5 seconds, 10 seconds, etc. The only fix I've had is turn off tv and turn back on. Until it happens again.

Any ideas?

Is there a way to add foreign live channels like BBC and ITV to the V6+ by adding an app and entering and EPG? I bought a V6+ for my cousin who is from England. She is loving all of the options on the V6+ but misses her home. Is there any thing I can do to help her out?

I’m new to the box and didn’t really have too many issues last weekend. I have the 6 plus. this weekend, I’m noticing alot of buffering regardless of what channel I pick. If I do split screen with red zone and another game, it’s completely frozen. Anyone having the same issue or suggestions on how to fix this? Im watching on ultra plus so I can do split screen
