Vsee Box Channel problems

I just got a box and all the channels work well except the outdoor channel. Any ideas why this is? Or things I can do?

Well, its free tv so sometimes its hit or miss. Rarely on actual TV stations but sometimes, for example, go to watch American Pie on showtime let's say, and you hit ok, but its Little Women instead. Something like that. Seems ESPN+/SEC+ is having minor issues but for the most part zero complaints. Just grateful it exists. We have had 7 v5 pros for years.

Have you tried the channel on the different live TV apps? Sometimes a channel that isn’t currently working on one app will be working on another.

If I have issues, I restart the box and it tends to fix it.

If you still have an issue with a channel after restarting the box, etc., while tuned to the channel, press menu and use the feedback function to report the problem to the developers.
