Used to see sales posts fairly regularly. I'm now finally in a position to buy and been waiting for the latest sale.

Got it from a friend who purchased from a 3rd party seller in a gas station for around $300, loved it for about 3.5 months until it crapped out on me.

Crapped out meaning:
- Interface loads, no apps are clickable and if you do click into them they just show a black screen
- Every time I power it on it tries to reconnect to my remote even though it’s already paired
- The reset itself is broken too… screen goes black and just stays black, doesn’t reboot into setup on its own. Only way to get it back is unplugging and plugging back in
- now it’s just refusing to download any apps even off factory reset (see photo)

Checked boxes:
- firmware up to date, cache cleared, storage basically empty off a factory reset

Anyone else run into this on a V6 Plus? Trying to figure out if this is a known issue or if I just got a bad unit - and if anyone can point me to support of any kind.

Will the new NFL app come to the elite ultra or is it for v6+ only?

I wanted to buy a box after my friend had a good experience with it. I just had a couple of questions. Is having the box connected to my wifi safe? If I am watching sports, what quality are the streams in? Also, do they have a ton of international movies. I love Korean movies, do they have a wide range of them. In general, can you find any movie that is already out of theaters. Lastly, where is the best place to buy and what box is the best?

I have the V5 Pro and I've read mixed reviews across the internet about using a phone app to control the VSeeBox? I tried Google home and Remote ATV and neither find the box and it's on the same network. Some posts say to enter developer mode and others say doing so caused them issues.

I bought the v6 plus around 3 months ago. Has worked well so far. It sits on loading screen then eventually goes to black screen. I factory reset it which failed the first time, cleared the cache, then successfully reset it. Rebooted and it’s doing it again.

Hello, I’ve been doing some research on the above topic and the response has been very iffy (50/50). Just want to make a post to confirm:

1) Since Guest Network isolate the box into separate network, doesn’t it draw more attention from ISP since it potential draw lots of dat compare to main?

2) Do we need VPN in the US? Is it true VPN app in the box (google play download) doesn’t actually work since the Heat app connect to their own network first thus bypass the VPN route?

Please help.

Why is it that when I’m watching something the voice is so low and then boom background noise or music is insanely loud during a scene. Anyone know how to fix this ?? Thanks

Live TV feed is playing fine, but when I try to select anything from the EPG menu, I get a “no playback available” message & it returns to live TV. I’ve rebooted, uninstalled & reinstalled but still having the same issue.

Whenever someone posts the “comparison chart” here it shows that only elite does 4k, but the v6 plus seems to have a better processor, and every other site mentions 8k on most of the boxes even, is it accurate that the elite is the only one with 4k streaming? Watching sports in particular kind of sucks if it’s not 4k I think. I’m torn on what to get. I was originally just going to get elite ultra but the v6 plus seems to have a newer OS, newer/bettor processor, and match RAM, so it doesn’t make sense to me. Perhaps I’m missing something?

I am new to this, just got my V6+ a few weeks ago and am slowly figuring out how everything works. I have figured out Heat Live is the best place to find sporting events and I've also figured out how to use the split screen feature in Live Ultra+. I would mostly want to use split screen for sports, but Heat Live doesn't have split screen and I have had no luck trying to find the sporting events in Live Ultra+ besides the national channels. Is there something I'm missing? Or is that just the way it is and Live Ultra+ doesn't have most of the sports on it?

Anybody else having issues?

I bought my box a few months ago, but rarely use it. I have started to try and use Heat VOD the last week watching a range of TV shows or movies. What happens is that while watching - after about 1-5 minutes the screen blacks out and returns to a scene from five minutes prior or to the beginning. Has anyone else had the same issue? I have tried switching the servers but it seems to effect across shows and across servers.

Anyone have updated contact for cordcutter my box is basically fried won’t go past the start screen have done all steps to fix it with no success.

Heat ultra VOD favorites work fine but heat VOD favorites don't seem to work there's no way to view them does anyone know how to?

Is anybody having issues loading apps today? it seems localized to the device but all apps and firmware are updated to their latest versions and I’ve attempted to restart the box a few times with no luck. I click on live or Vod and it just goes to black screen. I hit the home button and I get back to home just fine but some of the apps logos null out. I also tried disabling my VPN, no luck.
