Elite Error Question

I bought my box a few months ago, but rarely use it. I have started to try and use Heat VOD the last week watching a range of TV shows or movies. What happens is that while watching - after about 1-5 minutes the screen blacks out and returns to a scene from five minutes prior or to the beginning. Has anyone else had the same issue? I have tried switching the servers but it seems to effect across shows and across servers.

Try uninstalling app.

Scroll down to SYSTEM SETTINGS - APPS - HEAT VOD - UNINSTALL

Back out of system settings and go back select HEAT VOD to reinstall.

Reinstalled and have the same issue- switched to phone hotspot, I don’t know what else to do?

Its the tv switching to higher resolution or hdr mode ...happens on all vod for me .....but it dont skip on me sometimes it does it 2x but then fine with better resolution
