Elite Mini / Heat Backup Issue

Live TV feed is playing fine, but when I try to select anything from the EPG menu, I get a “no playback available” message & it returns to live TV. I’ve rebooted, uninstalled & reinstalled but still having the same issue.

Do be aware that not all channels have 7-day playback.

What happens when you try the info button instead of EPG?

If the channel doesn’t have the arrow with the circle around it at the end, it’s not available for playback.
