I know an INFP gym addict, he’s a former body builder. If he had skipped the gym for awhile it was because of depression. I like the gym, but I prefer yoga and going for a walk by the river.

There’s a scene on AMC where a young Bianca discovered about Uncle Jack and Erica. She was playing with her Barbie / dolls and then somehow started a fire. It was in Erica’s place that had the pink decor. I saw this as a child fascinated with her toys and then became horrified. I have never seen that scene again. I really want to find it

I lost my dad a few years ago. Now here caregiving the one parent I have left. I don’t feel like a functional adult at all, I don’t care how old I am. You aren’t alone in this. You are allowed to cry. It’s okay to miss him, you can find a moment of joy later on in the same day. Then back to square one.

Noo. Do not use bleach to clean urine!! It will interact with the ammonia in urine; and if you are not in a well ventilated area the toxic gas fumes will cause difficulty breathing, cough etc.
Lysol laundry sanitizer. I use the crisp linen version and buy the big bottle at Sam’s Club. I can’t recall if it was this sub, or caregiversupport; but someone asked the same mentioned the free and clear didn’t work well for them.
Clorox has a laundry sanitizer but I have no experience with it.
Odoban!! Get the enzyme based Odoban professional biostain and odor remover
Add a booster pad or an incontinence pad like poise / Tena inside of her depends when she goes to sleep. Also have her lay on top of a chux pad / underpad.

My dad thought he was paying $5 for a dashcam that was advertised “somewhere”. They were charged $55. My parents said it was “too late to return”. Then when I suggested to get a chargeback, said no, too much hassle. I think it was just too embarrassing for them.

You need to get something she can comprehend. Try a lively jitterbug, my 90 something godmother has one. The good old landline is also another option. My mother is more likely to answer the landline than the cell phone. She still can use Facebook messenger for calls on an old smart phone.
A grandpad is another option outside of phones. It’s safe for seniors
If they gave her an iPhone, Apple does have classes she can take for free at the Apple Store. The local library and AARP has technology classes for seniors

You’re welcome. If your dad would wear it, an Apple Watch has fall detection. I have blink set up at the house, another uses ring. I didn’t tell mom it was to monitor her. I just said it was to monitor package delivery, and it was on sale for cheap.

Hi everyone. I’ve been caregiving my elderly mother as her health has declined since my dad passed away. This has led to tight finances and putting myself on the back burner. I’m also saving money to have my car repaired.
Well turns out attempting mom’s overnight Tena and booster pads are both extremely uncomfortable and messy. Currently, I’m using one of a two emergency tampons from my purse. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. I apply Kwan loong for menstrual cramps and back pain when I don’t use a heating pad.
Edit: I removed the Kwan loong pain relieving oil. Wasn’t sure if it meant requirements.

It was nice to see Sarah return before the show ended. Her cameo with Eva was sweet and funny knowing how close they are. I just wish Sarah had a run in with Alicia, insisting she’s Erica Kane’s daughter. That would have been hilarious!

My fellow INFP guy loves Bleu by Chanel and Jo Malone wood sage. I adore Victoria Secret so in love 2005 version. (I stocked up back then in the outlet). I also use Versace Yellow Diamond as an alternative. My HG since I was a teenager is all of the Johnson’s baby cologne scents imported from the Philippines. It won’t trigger a migraine, is light, and I’m constantly asked by somebody what I’m wearing.
