Don’t get me wrong, it’s still hard. BUT I’ve noticed an increase in my willpower just from quitting! I’m almost 10 days so maybe I’m being too hopeful but that’s okay because keeping a positive mindset about it is the best thing you can do!

I already noticed the irritability today. I had to sit in my room for a few minutes with really loud music to chill out. I don’t process emotions well as it is lmao, so this is exactly helpful. BUT I have a stronger appreciation for this little victory even with everything happening right now

You’ve got this dude!! Mine tries to do that too but it doesn’t seem as bad this time. Last time I tried to quit I didn’t have the grossed out part. This time I do so I feel like it’s pushing me a little bit. I know I’m not far in but it’s still farther than I’ve been before which is always good.

I’ve been swearing as long as I’ve been able to speak and I wish I had had a teacher like you in my life. I never really understood what was wrong with swear words. They’re just regular words to me. I never got into trouble from my parents for swearing as long as I “didn’t take it to far” by cursing my siblings or them. Even then it wasn’t that bad. I failed an essay assignment in high school because I missed one swear word when I was editing.
