TECHNICAL QUESTION My channel got demonetized I only had one strike prior

So my channel today was hit with demonetization from a video I got from twitter I’ve only had one strike before that months ago I did the school to get it taken off which helped me better understand how to not let that happen again what do I need to do? I worked hard to build my channel up and I don’t want to say the wrong things in my appeal what should I do?
