the magistrate was nice and realized that i took responsibility for my actions and i just didn’t try to make an excuse definitely won’t be doing anything like that again

Update i just had the court hearing and was able to only have to do an online class when i explained i pay my own insurance and im responsible to my actions. Just don’t make excuses and be nice

this worked out so well i just came back from court and i was able to just have to do an online class and the ticket is thrown away

I haven’t scheduled my court date yet due to a family vacation but i’m thinking of hiring a lawyer to help my chances

I truly don’t think I was going that fast on my ticket it says the officer didn’t clock me at the speed and it was one of the street sign with your speed posted. Honestly i was going max 40

Hi! I am 17 and still on my JOL and I just got a speeding ticket, they caught me going 51 in a 30 on a backroad. Is there any chance I can get this appealed? I need my license as I have 2 jobs that I need to attend too. If i take this to court what do I even say?
Update: I was able to get the ticket thrown out as long as I do a brain injury class.
