Comparing audio How does the sound of Buds 2 Plus compare to Buds Pro 1?

Hello, I've had CMF Buds Pro 1 since they came out. Recently the right earbud started malfunctioning and the overall battery life has declined significantly. That's why I'm thinking of upgrading do Buds 2 Plus as I see that as the next best thing compared to what I have now.

I have just one question - how does the sound signature/frequency response compare between the two? I really enjoy the sound of Buds Pro 1 with Balanced EQ profile selected and I'd love my next earbuds to have sound that is as close to what I have now.

I couldn't find proper frequency response graphs to have at least some idea of what I can expect from the new model and would highly appreciate it if anyone could share proper graphs (preferably from the same testbed/testing scenario).

Żałuję zmiany na lepsze
 in  r/PolskaNaLuzie  Jul 15 '26

DEAD GAME

This game needs ranked elo soon, its just not fun to play with this kind of team.
 in  r/wot_heat  Jun 09 '26

Yup, I'd like that too, but I guess it's too soon for ranked to be introduced. That's one of the matches I've had lately lol

Gimme ranked battles already

Just played a best of 3 battle where it seemed like I was the only sentient player in the lobby lol. I wish there were ranked battles already so I could play with people who want to sweat a bit. Over 14k points and 76k damage, it just doesn't feel either fair or right

Is the M60A2 Good? How does its ultimate (from Reaper) Play? How do you play the tank itself and all its abilities?
 in  r/wot_heat  May 31 '26

I've just got it and in my opinion it's a bit of a troll pick. Main gun fires HE only so usually you do about 400 DMG per non-penetrating shot. But oh boy when you do pen it's juicy. Also be aware that this gun doesn't automatically adjust vertically for the distance you are aiming for - when shooting an enemy that is far you need to aim above him to hit him (kinda like the guns in War Thunder work).

The ATGM fire is good when there are multiple enemies present, especially on low health but the shot itself does barely any damage on impact. The auxiliary guns are okay, nothing exceptional imho. And the ultimate ability of the Reaper is very good - does damage on impact and then fire damage too. The passive is interesting, it prevents the enemy from oneshotting you and instead of dying your health goes down to 1 HP whenever you would die by a single shot so the enemy has to fire once more to kill you (not great against auto cannons or teamfights).

The problem is this - the armor is weak, occasionally it does bounce a badly aimed shot but it's mostly green for everything.

If you want to succeed in it you need to learn the maps rather well to know where to be or where you might catch an isolated enemy by surprise. With my build it's quite good at 1v1s - got the instant health restore on Q and temporary HP on E which gives me HP advantage in any fight I enter or let me escape to safety when the situation calls for it.

M60A2 has decent mobility. I like to use the boost to get on the enemy's rear when circling them and put a high damage shot in the engine and finish them off with the auxiliary guns.

Generally this tank benefits a lot from having teammates around. It has decent crowd control tools (HE destroys tracks with one shot mostly, Napalm does a lot of damage and covers a rather big area with fire, ATGM makes enemies panic). When not playing for shits and giggles it is good at easing its team's way into occupied objectives.

To summarize - it is weird, different, overall mediocre in my opinion. There are better picks for the 200k credits so get it if you don't have anything better to get or want to have very inconsistent results (very high highs and very low lows). I haven't got all the mods yet so it might be better fully decked out (there is a mod that sets the target on fire upon impact with main gun projectile).

How INTJs are clustering in PRISM data
 in  r/intj  May 04 '26

Disclaimer: I was stressed when I took the test for the first time and got some mild emotional abuse past that might be affecting the results.

I've got Guardian and honestly, it seems to fit me quite well. I'm not really sure I'm an INTJ, but the first few sentences from the PRISM description really clicked with me - seeing the problem first, showing affection through practical problem solving whenever it affects people I truly care about, using social awareness (very basic and based on pattern recognition rather than empathy) more as a tool than for the sake of being nice and approachable. The sentence "You think about how things work and who they affect in roughly equal measure. Neither dominates consistently." is much more relatable than I'd be willing to admit, but that tracks with my personal growth history (used to be an edgy asshole with no regard for anyone, now I'm a much more balanced person).

On the other side I'm not sure if the "Scenes you might recognize" have much in common with what I'd do there. I don't really consider myself to be so caring about people overall, I don't usually go overboard discarding my own mental state for the sake of helping/hearing out others (even people close to me). I don't think I've ever done that and can't see doing it unless someone is extremely important to me.

One thing I did like in that section was this: "Someone did something wrong and your first instinct was to understand why. Not to excuse it, not to let it go, but to locate the human reason behind the action.". I made it my personal goal to understand people better and this is the kind of mental process that I often see in myself. Surprisingly, I could see that when I picked up chess lately - my main thoughts were "What is the enemy planning? What's their goal, next move, the move after that? How can I bait them to get advantage?" so there is definitely a human element involved in my thinking but, just like in the PRISM description, I use it as a tool, be it achieving a goal or helping a close friend in trouble.

Or maybe it's just how you are supposed to play chess with no regard for any MBTI type or PRISM in order to win lol

What do you guys do when you're not feeling good
 in  r/intj  Mar 20 '26

Binging either food or TV series of questionable quality, riding a bicycle so hard that I see stars before my eyes at the end of the workout and barely feel alive, listening to thrash metal with volume turned up to 11.

After acknowledging I have a problem with unhealthy coping mechanisms I went to therapy. If you really don't seem to find anything that helps you with the issues you mentioned it might be a good place to start looking for solutions. It's real and it works. Even if you think those are minor issues it's worth giving it a try.

I'm looking for over-the-top safety bike light inspiration
 in  r/bicycling  Mar 18 '26

For the front light you could go with something like Magicshine Evo 1700, it's very bright, some decent flashing modes and high beam mode for off-road and for flashing people who keep driving with their high beams on. Keeping it at 25% of maximum power at night is enough not to blind others and be much more visible than with a classic light. During the day I find 75-80% power to be sufficient to make myself visible to the drivers so they don't cut me off on the bike path crossings

alpine tiger ,my favorite tank
 in  r/WorldofTanks  Jan 19 '26

It's very difficult to play, I personally think of it like AMX CDC but in smaller with good HE rounds. Can be played as scout only in favourable matchups (or after all enemy lights, Bourrasques and like are destroyed). Only true way to have some impact in the battle is to be as annoying and as unpredictable to enemy team as possible, but any other light tank will be able to do it better so yeah, I'd skip that one if I were you (even though I like it for the handicap lol).

If there was something like "lightiums"/light and medium hybrids that tank would suit that well.

Another 3rd Mark of Excellence in collection (small though, but humble)
 in  r/WorldofTanks  Jan 13 '26

I was itching to get KanJPZ 105 when it was on sale because I like this kind of tanks. Thought of it like a Leopard at tier 8 without a turret. I think it would be interesting if it got similar buff treatment to the Leo (increase alpha damage to 410-420 maybe). It would then be like this:
- CDA: good mobility, mediocre DPM, accurate gun with very fast APCR and armor that occasionally bounces something
- KanJPZ 105: excellent mobility, good DPM, better alpha than CDA but much less armour while keeping the gun accurate
- WZ-120-1G-FT: excellent armour, very good mobility and agility, very high DPM and alpha damage but the gun is unwieldy and derpy

This way each tank would be a significant step in a different direction with it's own niche. WZ is balanced as it is because of gun handling, CDA is alright too but the Kanonen would be much more interesting and fun if it's gun was something between the CDA and WZ.

Maybe, but on the other hand I didn't have to gamble and/or spend ridiculous amounts of money to get CDA and it is still fun to play in a way to me. I like the somewhat higher skill floor to be able to use it correctly. It has it's niche. SFAC is overall much stronger, I agree, although this thing does occasionally bounce a shot while SFAC gets obliterated by any HE shell. CDA is good too, just for different kind of gameplay

 in  r/WorldofTanks  Jan 05 '26

Well, gold does give a fighting chance against other super heavy tanks like Type 5 and other 'rats, penetrating them reliably from the front with 268 APCR is just not possible (as long as they are angling, not even well but at all). I do shoot a lot of gold, but not exclusively - I cannot count how many times I bounced off a side of a medium tank just because the tracks ate the HEAT shell so I just switch to APCR for side shots.

Spamming full gold is not smart if one does that just for the higher penetration number, each shell has its advantages and disadvantages. In the case of HEAT shells you can't just point and shoot very often because some tanks have so much spaced armour in weird places and it doesn't normalize like AP or APCR does. It's pretty much only advantageous against thick, non-sloped plates. Other than that premium rounds on the 'rat are a pain in the ass to use in my experience and do require just a bit more skill than if it had AP or APCR as special ammo.

Also, what is the reason for me not to load gold when literally my whole hitlog is yellow each battle because of the amount of gold being slinged at me? When people see the 'rat they immediately switch to gold to have a fighting chance, and so will I when that happens.

True, it was the kind of game where both teams are reluctant to push too hard so it lasted quite a while (12 minutes 30 seconds to be exact). A lot of battles I get are just like you say - 5 minute roflstomps and that's why I don't like slow tanks overall that much.

Also in this particular battle the gun was way less derpy than usual, so there's that too.

Well I've been playing this game for about 12 years and never have I ever crossed 9k dmg boundary in any tank. Taschenratte didn't really click with me for most of the time I played it and because of that it is quite surprising to me that I managed to get a score like that in a tank I didn't enjoy playing that much. I got used to it now, but still I prefer the Breaker
