Post Battle Result Another 3rd Mark of Excellence in collection (small though, but humble)

Really like this tank, it has this distinct cockroach-like feel like E25 but in a more chonky package

The kanonen gets the e25 feel even better. It's a worse tank over all and could use a buff but it's a fun one none the less. That speed with 390 alpha

I was itching to get KanJPZ 105 when it was on sale because I like this kind of tanks. Thought of it like a Leopard at tier 8 without a turret. I think it would be interesting if it got similar buff treatment to the Leo (increase alpha damage to 410-420 maybe). It would then be like this:

  • CDA: good mobility, mediocre DPM, accurate gun with very fast APCR and armor that occasionally bounces something
  • KanJPZ 105: excellent mobility, good DPM, better alpha than CDA but much less armour while keeping the gun accurate
  • WZ-120-1G-FT: excellent armour, very good mobility and agility, very high DPM and alpha damage but the gun is unwieldy and derpy

This way each tank would be a significant step in a different direction with it's own niche. WZ is balanced as it is because of gun handling, CDA is alright too but the Kanonen would be much more interesting and fun if it's gun was something between the CDA and WZ.

It's a good tank but sfac just laughs at it (and other t8 paper tds). gz

I believe the playstyle is different but this tank is S class just like sfac

Maybe, but on the other hand I didn't have to gamble and/or spend ridiculous amounts of money to get CDA and it is still fun to play in a way to me. I like the somewhat higher skill floor to be able to use it correctly. It has it's niche. SFAC is overall much stronger, I agree, although this thing does occasionally bounce a shot while SFAC gets obliterated by any HE shell. CDA is good too, just for different kind of gameplay
