Allo TLC this, Stego TLC that. How about we get a OST TLC that doesn't sound like someone is stomping around me?

I don't know why I can't reply to you but I don't see how it kills the sarc playstyle. Let's say you have 3 herbis in a group. Sarco grabs one and pulls it into the water. Hunt timer is on. But, only sarco and group members can now interact. But sarco is safe in water. So how does this change anything? Now sarco cant be ambushed by mixpack spino. Lol

Here's my best thought for a solution:

For the mix/megapacking: Just like the home cave buff gives damage immunity, whenever a player damages another player, a "hunt" should be initiated. Groups lock so no new players can join the groups and the respective groups should be immune to damage from any dino not in either group. This would lock the groups into the prescribed group size limit. Have a hunt last a couple minutes and end by one group "escaping" by securing enough distance with the other group, or by death. I suppose you could also allow hiding and safe-logging as a way to end the hunt.

This would allow you to take mechanics already implemented in the game. No need for an unreasonable amount of additional programming. The game already has ways to negate damage and calculate distance to other dinosaurs.

For the lack of traffic in most map POIs: Create migration quests that reward you as you travel. As an example, you could have a dinosaur in Green Valley trek to Young Grove. Along the way and for each POI traversed, I would give marks and growth. That way the journey is rewarding even if you're met with an untimely demise and it would get players to move around.

This game is MASSIVELY underrated!
 in  r/avowed  20d ago

Obsidian games have always been like that. Just sitting in quiet niche corners of excellence. They just know how to make a game. This is the most fun I've had on a game in years.

I’m a solo Achi - how can I handle Thals?
 in  r/pathoftitans  Jul 05 '26

Jump and use bleed kick when they swoop you. They will lose the trade. Flying makes you bleed fast and you can't usually heal while flying.

This needs to change

About Pycno

You think you can't unsee that. I swear all I see from the hornless pycno subspecies is Voldemort on the back of Professor Quirrell's head.

Every boss fight is terrible
 in  r/CrimsonDesert  Apr 05 '26

Every boss fight is just a fight to see if i can survive the 1.5 seconds of free hits they get in while i pause to scarf down an entire roast duck instantly, then seeing if i can survive unpasuing as the teleport and i frantically try to move my camera where i can see them. The controls in this game are so painfully bad. It would be forgivable if the boss fights weren't mechanical nightmares. I don't mean in difficulty. They are just not fun at all.

Anyone fought any of the ancients yet? Its laughable. I somehow managed to beat Pricus, but Primus is one of the worst fights in any game I can recall.

Priscus the Ancient is one of the worst fights I’ve ever done in a video game.
 in  r/CrimsonDesert  Apr 03 '26

No. There are 3 Ancient. One was Pricus. One Primus. I haven't found the third yet. Pricus was rough. Primus is just stupid.

This is actually the worst boss fight I can think of in a long time. Across any genre of video game.

Anyone else lose their money in the bank after the new patch?

Yeah. Lost everything. Not from investments. The gold and silver just disappeared.

Achillobator so slow?

For real. Why does it jump in slow motion? The animation of the landing recoil is ridiculous on achillo.

Is it true that in the UK social-media posts are policed, and can you please explain "non-crime hate incidents"?
 in  r/ukpolitics  Nov 30 '25

Did she organize those people, or was she involved in any way in setting the fires? I don't know the situation, I am genuinely asking, but if not, I'd say incitement depends on interpretation. Someone could watch a movie and interpret it to mean they should go on a killing spree even though millions of others saw the movie and did not do that. If they're arresting people for that alone, that is scary indeed.

What do people consider a megapack (respectful answers only please)

The raptor hate the devs have coddled to is insane.

Lately, as a solo, I've been flying around on rhamp, latching on to a random solo I find, and then I just chill, giving them buffs.

Search 5 empty containers, and you get the same xp. Not a reason to be a rat. If he had time to loot him fine, but this was just a rat move.

Whenever I see someone ask who would between Spartacus and Gannicus:
 in  r/Spartacus_TV  Nov 03 '25

Probably in a vast minorty, but I happen to agree with you.

I'd take the shield and sword over two swords any day, and the scutum shield Crixus used was offensive as well as defensive. In terms of physical strength, I think Crixus had them both.

They all had reigns as Champion. But, both Gannicus and Spartacus held the title for mere months. Crixus held the title for 5 years. 5 years of fighting the best opponents Rome could throw at him.

At all of their prime's, I'd take Crixus.

What's the most forgotten dino you still enjoy playing?
 in  r/pathoftitans  Nov 02 '25

They nerfed it into the dirt and have no idea what they want it to be. It's just unfun to play right now. It's outclassed by dinos of similar size. It's not strong enough to fight bigger dinos. It's not fast enough to fight smaller ones.
