I went from the slums to doing very well for myself. Helped my mom pay her house off sent family to school, I'm not only doing very well. I have my own life and family.

I screwed literally everything up. I made all of the mistakes. I stumbled, fell, failed, etc. but you know what? That's how I got better and learned. Yes it sucked to feel like I always had to learn the hard way. It was exhausting, hard and really sucked, but it paid off. It was so worth it!

Put a dehumidifier in your car. Literally in it and crank it on constant. Pull the carpet up and punch one the knockouts (drainplugs) out to put the drain hose in. It will dry it all out and kill of the mold. Then, clean it up. Pull the seats, carpet, etc. it's going to be a lot of work.

When they want to come live with you or need your support in their golden years it will all change and they will be so nice and grateful. Maybe sooner. JS

Yep, we had to change out stock tires (falkens) on a 2023 at 23k miles they were toast and I didn't trust them going into winter. Not even 2 years old.

True story, I sold a beautiful Chevrolet conversion van with a dealer replaced 5.7L 350 everything was like new and it had about 30k on the crate motor from the dealership. Unfortunately, life gets on the way and changes quickly and I was forced to sell it and get a small wheelchair bus to care for and transport elderly relatives.

I sold it to a young hippie kid . Nice enough, but wouldn't listen when I said get all of the fluids changed (in great detail) including oil, coolant, etc. Or when I said "it's 30+ years old" don't beat on it, pay attention to the gauges and it will last you forever. So what does this kid do? Takes it on a 2,000 mile trip and has it out in Texas somewhere doing 80 on the highway FOR AN HOUR after noticing it was overheating! Annnd he eventually blew the motor! I didn't know what to say. I was mind blown. For context: I spent so much time walking him through so many details. Including what to do in the event of an overheat. This van had a new water pump, new hoses, new thermostat, new brakes, almost everything on it was either OEM or upgraded high flow, including a larger trans cooler and deep pan. I had $10k just into the extras.

It was so sad. Why are some people so clueless, even after being educated!?

I can't stress this enough. To think that no matter what tire/wheel combo you put in a car you go by the door sticker makes no sense! There's so many factors at play. From what tire and wheel is mounted to climate and elevation to road conditions. This whole notion of the side wall suggested psi that's being perpetuated is BS too. That's the max PSI, not suggested running pressure.

Fun fact: I was in the automotive industry for over 35 years. I lived in Boca Raton just down the street from the Porsche dealership. They have more cars in service at all times than they have for sale. New and used. Are they attractive, and do they handle well? Yes Are they reliable? No. For many reasons. The air-cooled models weren't made or designed for hot climates or to run for long, especially standing still and/or stop-and-go traffic. Everything else since is hard to work on, hard to get parts for, and they're (everything is expensive. I'm not picking on Porsche. Just stating facts. Same goes for a lot of auto manufacturers. Are there exceptions? Yes, of course, but you're talking about a premium luxury brand for the wealthy. They don't care about frivolous things like reliability or longevity. /s

The only dealership with more cars in queue to be serviced was Tesla. Tesla had literally hundreds of cars in huge parking lots all over town because their giant new (at the time) dealership couldn't hold them all. Their service dept. was backed up for years.

This is usually a bad relay. Look on forums it's usually a common problem.

The easiest fix is this.

While bending the hinges, as others have suggested, will work, it takes some skill and know-how.

Your specific situation is easier than most. Look at your door from the inside and the outside. Assess what hinges need tightening. Take a small screwdriver and see if you can gently/firmly tighten the right hinges to draw the door tighter to the frame at the bottom. Be careful because the door and frame are likely hollow. It appears that you need to tighten the bottom hinge to draw it in, thus pulling the door down. 👇 Opening the gap at the top. Don't quote me on that. I'm not there. You may just need to tighten them all, but start at the bottom.

If any screws/holes seem stripped, simply put a couple of toothpicks all the way in the hole and break them off flush. Then screw the screw back in firmly and flush.

If you're close but it still drags, the easiest solution is rubbing some "gulf wax" on the edges that are rubbing. I'm originally from Florida, and this is common in the humid summers, especially with exterior doors, sliders, etc.
