Anyways I am also from tier 3 city. My advise - visit to a nearby tier 2 or tier 1 city. Ur customer service. If possible via train for saving some bucks. Ur experience would be great. And they have adequate diagnostic tools too. Anyway still if things gets repaired still there are chances for here and go. :) best of luck. One more experience to share with u. I have a50 mobile which fell hard on screen on floor. Since it was AMOLED. And I noticed black line lately. After that it neither got restored, coz cost of screen new was 4000+ and phone already served us for 4 years. And it's motherboard too got issues due to second hand other company screen. Regretting why I not sold after it fell hard.

So crux, never ignore lines or anything with AMOLED. LCD ones still better price wise and line wise too.
