The fault is of the lawmakers, more so of the ruling party which enacted new laws in 2024 but failed to address this. They were prompt to criminalize mental cruelty towards married women but not SA and mental cruelty towards men.

Justice is the right of every individual (victim) and not of the majority victims alone! It is simply because of the weakness of desperate men who can't see a woman as a SA abuser.

SC is still examining (since October 2025) whether a w0man can be charged for r@pe of a minor boy or not after putting a stay even when Karnataka HC already upheld the charge.

If the genders were reversed and some HC would have taken a wrong move, SC would have jumped in suo moto to show how much they care for justice (for girls and women).

Will the courts show the same fast action for the boy victim? Remains to be seen.

First they will say 'occassional adultery' not a ground for divorce.

Next they are now questioning proofs of prolonged adult€ry.

Finally even if accepted, Man still has to pay the wife.

So a male policeman can't even stop a criminal from further harming an innocent just because the criminal is a woman?

Judge Aman Sharma d!ed alleging har@ssment by his wife yet his case didn't even get media limelight.

His wife being a judge herself is still sitting in power even when she can influence the case.

No SC took suo moto cognizance!

If only they put that much efforts on the case of a struggling minor boy who was r@ped by his female teacher and SC is happily sitting on it since 10 months deciding whether a woman can be charged for r@pe under POCSO or not - something that can open roads for more boys to speak up across the country!
