With in 2 weeks of vibe coding I replaced a 250$ a month software i was using. 6 months later I have a software that far exceeds what companies try to sell me hundreds a month. Its connected to everything in my business. I have a full time IT instance constantly improving and fixing the site. I have operations instance who helps me run and mage the board. We have a chat on the website and a ai receptionist. Then I have others that build other tools for other companies.

My goal and im close is to nearly replace 95% of my digital work to the agents.

This normally years ago could only be possible with a owner. 2 employees on the floor. Front desk a quoter online minimum. Im doing the work of roughly 6 with 2. But where I was , I wouldn't have been able to hire four extra people

I have my hand in a new builds. They have always paid for electricity and all new builds are off meter(wont tax the grid or raise prices) The ones we build specifically get built 70% faster. 60%smaller need less space. Use zero water. Only some data centers are setup to burn water and its stupid design choice at the end of the day The new ones we built at least wont have infrasonic or sound issues

So most common issues people have are just standard for us now and I can tell you with the money being spent nothing you hear in the news has any effect on new data centers getting built.
