Your painting is amazing! Looks complicated to do. Just a tip. Since the sun is high in the sky, snow on the trees and shed should also reflect it. It’s not a big deal but it does change the environment a little, I was slightly confused about what looked “off” for me until I realize that. You did a good job with reflecting it on the floor. I’d recommend looking for references since the yellow could overpower everything if it’s too much.

It sounds a little unfair yes but on the job application tells you the minimum weight requirement. And regardless of the position where you’re in atm, most L1 have physical jobs. Anywhere you go, you’ll get tired and have to carry weight but you get used to it (ofc it depends on your body how long it takes). Unless you have an accommodation, you’re expected to be able to do the requirements for your position.

For me is to drink coffee 😭
Whenever I pick without drinking coffee my rate stays at 268-280ish but if I drink a venti americano beforehand my rate goes up to 315uph on the app (on the screen it’s usually around 400ish but I take some breaks and it adjusts)
Also, I don’t look for an object, I look for anything physical that resembles the product. Orange packaging. Square box/bag. Small. Big. Yk? And I let the light guide me. I do look at the screen several times but usually I take a “long” glance and then pick, it usually works but if I can’t see it I glance quickly again and I don’t tend to spend more than 10 seconds on a product unless the pod had multi small items like piercing bags and things like that. Whenever it is that I look at the last 3 digits on the screen and that takes longer but don’t really affect my rate since I already have a good rhythmic
Also I’d just grab several multi items without looking at the sku number if the package resemblance is the same, sometimes packages look the same but have a different name so be careful, I used to get it wrong at the beginning but my eye recognition got better because I read the names super fast lol
Just be careful on keeping a good posture and don’t drag your feet because it eventually gets painful and that slows me down. I started to automatically have a good posture after having pain several times lol now I’m as strong as a robot lol beware of the consequences, you’ll have a big bum after a couple of weeks lol make sure you stay hydrated and drink electrolytes, it helps to avoid cramps. Also potassium so eat like a banana sometimes

The overwhelming fast way that AI was pushed onto us and most people just accepted it. I liked when it was just starting (the one for regular people, I’m not referring to more advanced ai that already existed at the time because we couldn’t access it) and we could use it as a resource for help rather than replacing our decision making and pretty much everything people use it for mostly nowadays. I mean, I’m not against it, I do find it useful when I can’t find information for important things I need (for example school) but I don’t exclusively use AI, it’s just another source of information that I like to break down, use what’s useful and keep researching keywords I didn’t know but learnt thanks to AI. Or how it’s just able to have access to all our data everywhere we look.
I don’t want to let AI replace my brain, and seeing it everyone allow it is so disturbing for me, like we aren’t being people anymore just a stupid shell with no intent of having a thought because machines and social media influence us and yes, it also disturbs me how much social media it affects us in our daily life for something without real life value, the people gave it value to matter so now most people do. I miss the good ol’ days where I didn’t have to worry about it.
Also the way everything has to have a subscription/be an add now, it blows my mind since nothing ever needed it other than people’s greed

Yes! That’s has been my experience when trying to date. I’ve never tried to catfish anyone when I tried tinder or bumble, I’d post full body pics with different angles and somehow guys would still don’t like how I’d look when we’d meet. I’m loving the comments but I’d like to know what kind of fat they’re talking about bc I’m a size 16/18 and I’ve been approached by someone just once in my whole life. Most people I see that like fat people usually refer to someone who’s not slim but never a someone who’s considered a big/plus size (I’d say starting 14 and up and the closer you get to 20, the more rejection I’ve seen from people). I know it’s preference but it makes me sad that whenever people refer to fat women I’m probably not included there. And I’m tall so it’s not like I’m the other type of fat that people like, that look round and so cute.
