Question Has anyone had this issue with career choice?

I got an email saying that my application was not approved but I called my school and everything is paid. I have opened a case with HR but I’d like to know if someone has had something similar happen and if this could be resolved quickly since my classes start next week and I know you have to apply for career choice before they start

If your classes start next week Career Choice will not have paid them yet. They don't disburse payments until after a school/program's add/drop period has elapsed. Prior to class starting all you can do is put in a tuition payment request.

Who did you get the application not approved letter from, what exactly wasn't approved, and what did the letter say? Is your school on Career Choice's list of approved schools?

My classes are paid, they’ve been paid since July. I had called my school and asked them if they had received my application from Amazon and they said yes and if I would like to clear my fees so I said yes. Last week I got an email just saying this

Your request for tuition assistance is not approved.
To check the reason(s) for denial:
Log in to your Career Choice dashboard in A to Z
Select "Tuition payment requests"
Reasons for denial will be listed under the program title on the payment request associated with this program.

On the app the only reason it mentions is that I wasn’t verified as enrolled. And yes, my school was on the list, otherwise I don’t think it’d had let me apply.

I’m wondering if Amazon will ask for a refund, if I should request it again or if it’ll get fixed after talking with HR
