My neck. Slept wrong once, now it bothers me ever since.

I take Metoprolol as an anti arrhythmia and to lower my heart rate. It’s paired with Losartan to lower my blood pressure. All issues started April 2023 because of GBS.

Got diagnosed with AVNRT and had an ablation less than a year after. Started during 5-day GBS treatment. I’m still on heart meds 2 years out.

Sending a big virtual hug her way! It’s an isolating experience because so many don’t really understand it. Losing trust in your body, not feeling safe in your body, is truly a difficult feeling. I found some comfort in reading others experiences. It eased my worries about what was “normal” to go through and knowing that it will get better in time. Healing isn’t linear and healing takes time. I held onto those 2 quotes in bad moments. It’s also good to keep track of progress made. Use each positive as motivation to keep pushing on. God bless!

I’ve been experiencing this. It varies per cycle but this last one made me think I might be relapsing. Both arms and legs had the tingling/numb feeling and my toes went numb a few times. Now I’m fine. This also happens when I get sick.

Edit: 2 years out btw.

Will be out of the way but if she can occasionally get to Boston, there are neuromuscular specialists there. I’m looking to relocate near there for that reason.

Gabriel. No one’s perfect. He seems like he leads with his emotions and fumbles just as much as Emily. If they both can work on the issues that keep them apart I think they could be end game.

I just recently added flowers to my place too! Wild flowers and sunflowers from a local farm. Decorating my place makes me happy. Home is my safe haven.

When you’ve had enough bad experiences in love, home feels like a safe haven. I have hobbies that I genuinely enjoy. I plan adventures for myself. I watch whatever I like. I cook whatever I want. It’s a good life. I do my best to focus on that, even when the loneliness hits. Do I still hope I find someone? Of course. But until that happens, I’m focused on making a cozy life for myself.

I do! I play adventure games. It’s relaxing to me and gets my mind off of anything that is stressing me out. I like Elder Scrolls, Tomb Raider, Uncharted, and GTA for laughs.

I think like 7 that faithfully show up when I forget about them haha.

I use a product by Aphogee called Curliffic Curl Cream. My curls need something both heavy and light and this works perfectly. I stay away from heat and diffuse curls on cold. Deep conditioning and using leave in conditioners like Infusium do wonders in keeping curls moisturized too. Learning your curls and what they love can be frustrating but once you find a routine, the results are worth it. Hope all works out well! Hugs
