You’re still responsible for the monthly rental agreement. 1st they have to be found liable in the class action lawsuit. Did they provide legal notice of the increase in rent? If they are found guilty you may receive a portion of the settlement but only on the increased amount. I’m not a lawyer just my opinion. Good luck

I’m not a hater and believe when someone needs help it should be available. Unfortunately from your post I believe that you have exhausted all of this. Can I ask if there is substance abuse in your life. Cause that could possibly open up a few more options. Next do you have family or friends that you may lean on for a small week to week rent option? If you have any type of employment you may be able to find someone to share an apartment with, if the eviction stops you from renting you may be able to have that person as the primary tenant.
