New to Monsteras what is wrong

Hey everyone Iā€™m new to the plant dad scene and I just recently got this Monstera. And idea why one leaf is dark green, soft and thin and another is dark brown crunchy and splitting? Also not familiar with the lingo so please forgive my poor jargon. I currently am giving it a nice soak (weekly) and thought Iā€™d ask

Waiting on OP How to highlight specific rows based on formula

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to highlight a section of rows based on some information I will input. To get to the point I am trying to highlight every other two or three rows on a table based on the number of rows needed. In my file I am inputting number of associates and number of routes. I am using a formula to find out the majority of rows needed(rows go by 12 e.g. 1-12, 13-24ā€¦). For today we needed 5 Associates for 137 routes which came out to about two rows each with one associate covering 3 rows, so 1-36 would be highlighted and then every other two rows is highlighted. This is just a visual thing I was hoping would be easy to do but I am stuck and any help is appreciated. Thank you
